Not happy. I called a week before my appointment to have my daughter be seen and Specifically asked if they were in network with Uft. The young lady told me yes they were. My husband took my daughter and they told him they only give discounts. What a waste of time. They need to educate there employees insurance more.

Cordial and professional staff. Root planing and scaling of quadrants on left side (including lower left abscess) was prompt (32 min) and skillfully done.

Suggestion for the future: Has your practice looked into possibly having regenerative periodontal endoscopy as a treatment option?

Clean bright office. Dr. Erica Dean is not only fantastic on the technical dentistry stuff but also fantastic on the interpersonal part of the job. I've seen Dr. Dean several times now over the last year and I can say that she's consistent. Gaby does my cleanings and she is very thorough and also has great chair side manner. I really appreciate that. I specifically ask for her to do my cleanings. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient and knowledgeable.
