The salon is nice. And my nails look good. Really big so usually easy to get in. But also they rush you thru. It's not as relaxing as other salons I've been too. I don't like that they use the "sander" to remove old polish. My technician was polite but my friend's was short and didn't listen to her. A fine experience with good results.

I went here for the first time on Valentine's Day. Honestly, this is the best manicure I've ever gotten. I'm a perfectionist and normally there's one or two small things that I notice but I'm fine with, but this was honestly perfect and I couldn't find a single flaw. I got extensions with color number 17 (or 14 I can't remember which) and round cut. Hellen was my manicurist and she did an awesome job.

I love going to Serenity Nails & Spa. The atmosphere is professional, friendly, and clean. I haven't had a better gel manicure anywhere else - it never chips or peels off. I have worked with several of their various technicians and have had great experiences with all of them! I would recommend this place to anyone in the twin cities looking for quality nail services!

They are a little pricier than other salons but the quality of work, professionalism, efficiency and atmosphere are worth it.

They earned 4 stars because of great patience and customer service. My sister took like 'literally' 20 minutes (or more) to get them to understand how she wanted her nails. Not upset with them for not knowing how to do the designs etc. They tried and did the best they knew how but, they are good for more simpler designs and styles. But,..they still cost more than most nails salons that does more.
