  I had a pedicure today that was great by a guy. Then I had my nails done by Jennifer. I told her that last time two of my nails were breaking because she didn't do the dipping powder over far enough. Today, the same thing. When I said to her that I didn't like the way that there was no polish on the edges, she got defensive. She tried to explain why she does it her way. I didn't agree with her and then silence. She didn't speak to me, didn't tell me I was done and walked away. She and her husband own the salon. I was very shocked by her reaction to my dissatisfaction. Never a thank you ever.

  ****PLEASE READ****
  If you’re black/African American please be cautious of this place. They don’t pay us no mind. We had an appointment yesterday at 6pm called in and confirmed to make sure they will be available at 6. When we walked in we weren’t greeted however the other races where when they came in. They told us that we can reschedule if we like(Even though I already scheduled for an appointment). We declined however the people that came in after us and sat next to us was never asked to reschedule. Anywho, an hour after my SCHEDULED appointment, I got my pedicure and it was very basic for such a classy looking place on the inside and price. My leg massage was mediocre she didn’t provide me the $50+ job I paid for and the lady couldn’t even do a sunflower design on my toe so I just kept the regular polish. I read comments prior to this about this place treating different races different however I seen it with my own eye. I will NOT be back.

  I love coming to Serenity Nails for a relaxing spa experience. I am allotted to choose my choice of techs, my nail tech is Paula and my pedicure tech is Ryan. They work as a team to give me a relaxing experience and my nails and toes are fabulous when I leave. I love that they care for each individual with care and true attention to detail. I love my nails and they last so much longer compared to other shops that I have been too. I would recommend this place for any of your spa needs. ❤❤❤

  I came in today with very bad feet. I have severe ingrown toenails and dry heels. Lisa did my feet today and let me just tell you, she is AMAZING!! She got all of my ingrown out and I’m now pain free!! She’s very personable and friendly and always ask if I’m doing okay. I will be back for Lisa always!! She’s the best around!! Thank you Lisa!!

  I have been here in the past for myself and it has always been fantastic. Today, I took my four year old daughter for her first pedicure and I was thoroughly impressed. Michael was her technician and he was absolutely fabulous. She was scared at first but he made her feel comfortable and he was incredibly patient. I will definitely be back.
