Definitely 5 stars for John and his team! I just had beautiful vinyl flooring put through out my home and I could not be happier !! First of all John was so kind and patient as he helped me choose the color of flooring ,not an easy task because I am extremely picky. I had shopped around and the pricing was excellent. Then he stayed in touch every step of the process as we went through scheduling, taking out the old floors and installing the new ones. The guys that did the job were super personable and respectful which made a very big job easier. I would highly recommend West Coast Flooring . Thanks John!

Had a quote for laminate, tile and carpet. Also needed baseboards. The sales person doing the quote barley measured anything. Said $16,000 for 1185 square feet of laminate. Said they don’t do tile even though when I called for the quote I was told they do. This company is lazy. I’m glad it showed from the get go. I would never do business with this Company. Not sure how they will stay in business with their customer service and lack of effort.

I have been using West Coast Flooring since 2003. The have great prices and service and awesome installers. I work for a property management company and they have replaced flooring for several of our owners and did a great job

Terrible experience. First off.. Rob was great. He came and did our measurement right away and I loved his recommendations. My problem was with the workers who made a HUGE mess with the grout. It was splattered on the walls and they didn't put our dishwasher back, did not put the bathroom sink back, and completely missed some spots. There were also tiles that are completely unlevel. Also.. after doing 2,300 sq ft of flooring there was literally 1 tile left over. hard to believe. They said they would order more which we never received even after numerous calls.. they also filled the grout very low so if you walk on the tile barefoot it hurts your feet when stepping on the cracks.. very very unsatisfied especially after spending $14,000.

I have worked with West Coast Flooring Center in both my professional and private life and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Do Beware of this Business!!!! My family and I went there for flooring material, both hardwood and Tile. The reception lady helped us picked out the stuff and asked how big the job, (square feet), which we told her that about 2,000 square feet.
She went back to her manager, (Ken) and came back with a very a special price, which we agreed. The Sale lady told us to order extra just in case it runs short at the end. So, we ordered what was suggested by the Sale lady. Just before completing the transaction and paying the bill, I asked about if there is left over could we return them? She said let her go and ask her manager and she left and a short while latter came back saying that the manager said, "it is OK to return the product provided they will charge 20% restocking fee.", which we agreed.
But then there is problem when we try to return the left over item. The same manager came out as well as the other salesman, all said that there is "NO Return Policy" in their store. We explained to them that at the time of our order the Sales lady told us after asking the manager that It Is OK to return and on the receipt also said so. Later on the manager, (Ken) reluctantly agree to give us some of our refund less the restocking fee and some other hidden fees. We took back more than half of what ordered because there is some change in our plan. We were disappointed by their practice and deceptive way of luring naive customer. The order receipt was not clear and price was not right according what was written on it.
By the way, it took me 2 trips to the office reminding the manager and 5 times of calling them about the refund. All through the refund process they have never once indicate what we'll be getting back instead the manager, (Ken) told us that, "it is up to the warehouse whatever they want to give us back." The whole process of getting our refund took over 6 weeks before we see a small check in the mail. This was after I talked to the manager, (Ken) more than 5 times and each time he reassured me that the check is in the mail. But we did not see it and when we finally saw the check we were trouble by it.
I called back to West Coast Flooring Center the day that I received the refund check and asked to talk to the manager. Ken, the manager told me that "it is what you get and don't bother me" and rudely hung up the phone. So, again do be careful of this business!!! 10-21-2016response / report this review
