Called on Saturday for an emergency service. They gave me an estimate and said they couldn’t come that day, but said I would be their first job on Sunday morning, they even emailed me Sunday morning. After that they never showed up, wouldn’t answer my phone calls or emails and I have a house with water damage now. Still haven’t heard back from them. Don’t waste your time or money with this company.

We contacted Reid for an estimate for repairs on our condo building's roof. Of all the bids we received theirs was the most comprehensive and was very competitively priced. Kevin and Andy were very easy to communicate with, and were very responsive and transparent regarding what work needed to be done. They even took pictures and worked with our insurance company.

The work was completed quickly with no disruption to our building. We'll definitely be using them for future roofing and tuck pointing needs.

Reid roofing was very efficient and great to work with. I got s referral from a friend who used them before and indeed it was a great choice. They came out got a quote and a week later all finished and done. Very efficient. Will recommend to anyone!

This company is doing work on the building next to mine, my fence is damaged from falling bricks and there is also mortar on spots all over the side of my fence closest to where the work is being done. Also the workers do not even bother to sweep up the debris that is falling on my porch and in front of my house unless I say something to them.

Recommend by a friend but very disappointed by Reid Roofer's embarrassing job on our roof. They cut corners and did a shoddy work. Screws are now coming out of the asphalt roof, they didn't do a complete tear off like they said they would although charging us for it, and pools of water form all over the roof. Leaks started almost immediately after the horrible job they did and to top it off many of the workers were just plain rude. The owner and his son seem like nice people but they don't manage the crew well. Walking into their office and seeing pornographic material on their office desk should have been a big clue to how sleazy they can be. I feel like a fool for trusting this business. Ask for references if you are considering using them and check out past projects.

This company is only good at getting your contract and do the initial work (very poor at that). All associated things that can go wrong with the work such unfinished roofing or open seams are completely overlooked. When its time for repairs or follow up or covered maintenance, they do not even pick up the calls anymore. Still waiting for service.

This company failed to keep their appointment twice and failed to advise that they would not make the second, weekend appointment. No call, no nothing. I took off work and they failed to make the appointment. Very, very disappointed and would not waste time.
