I have firsthand experience with Cornerstone Roofing, as well as documented evidence, of being Blacklisted as a Customer. Federal law protects customers from being banned from a business under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. If it’s happening to me, it could be happening with others. I post this message to pull back the curtain of this Company’s unprofessionalism and hold them accountable for this tactic to be occurring. Once is one to many times.

I do not recommend to anyone to use Cornerstone Roofing and join Google reviewers of awarding a one and/or two star rating.

Nice repair!! Thanks for Michael. He is very knowledgeable and honest. His repair quote is reasonable. He has good patient to explain and answered my questions. Thanks for Sunny, he has done the repair nicely. I much appreciate their work. The roof has a hole that chewed by the raccoon in end of March. I have several repair quotes. I like Cornerstone's service.

Very pleased with Cornerstone. We had a leak in the roof next to our chimney. Cornerstone repaired the roof and flashing. Many roofers didn’t even return our calls. Cornerstone was very professional and responsive in every respect, from providing a highly competitive bid through the repair today. Recommend highly.

Our experience was so exceptional from start to finish. Kristy provided incredible service from our first call to schedule an estimate to last detail of coordinating our project. Dave, our estimator, made the decision process so easy for us. He's incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured into any decisions, and he answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We felt comfortable and informed with our choices. When it came time for our project to start, Kristy was great about keeping us updated on dates. Craig made sure to update us on how things were progressing (and kept us in the loop as we had to reschedule with that crazy snow storm). It was so nice not to have to chase down updates. Craig was always proactive. He also responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Honestly, CSR could write the book on customer service. We cannot say enough good things, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend CSR. Re-roofing was such a big decision for us. CSR made it stress-free and actually enjoyable!

It is the worst experience we ever had for any kind of home remodeling. We replaced the new roof. The work around skylight caused the interior damage with visible water and nail damage. The company hired an 83-year handy man to fix the drywall and do the pain job. He has climb up 24 ft to reach the skylight. It is my understanding that he is not bond or insured. We were so concern about his safety. The work is not up to the standard and they are so visible. We were not satisfied with the drywall and paint. Since it is late, we don't want him to fix another places. The project manager came and blamed that we "forced handyman" to fix the area that were not damaged by roof installation. It is so unprofessional and the attitude is inappropriate. The work assignment is agreed between the project manager and handyman. We have no idea of how had we "forced" handyman. We will have to hire other company to clean up the mess.

Cornerstone Roofing repaired the leaks on my roof caused by wind and cracked caulking around the skylights. Staff were friendly, professional and quick in getting the discrepancies fixed. Good price, quality workmanship and fast response to our needed repair. Definitely worth recommending them for any further repairs.

I had a very very bad experience with Cornerstone Roofing. My roof was done by them with so many mistakes. Brand new roof leaked in under 3 years. When I had a roofing inspector come and inspect my roof, he saw a lot of mistakes and poor workmanship. First I ordered the very best shingles and what I received was the middle grade shingles. Second all my flashing was not nailed down correctly. come to find out they used the wrong nails. on one part of my roof there is three ply of material and then on the other side there is about seven ply of material but the funny thing is there is no fire and ice paper that was laid down, even though I ordered that as well. So, they all run into the area where the flashing is coming up and towards the area where it still leaks.

With so many mistakes and the short cuts they tried to take, I would avoid using them at all cost. I hope this helps someone else out there. I wouldn't want any of you to go through what I went through.

This company is true the most DISHONEST company I have ever dealt with. They replaced a roof with poor quality work, short cut the job. Come to find out, the work was so poorly done it leaked shortly after the roof was completed and the work was subcontracted work. BEWARE of this company Corner Stone! My suggestion to anyone who has gotten their roof done by this company should get a Roof inspection by a third party. You will sleep better at night if you get a your roof inspected. Dont wait for a leak a few years later, Your money will be well spent on an inspector now. Sign- consumer against dishonest companies.
