This was my very first purchase from Play It Koi. I was happy they had the food I was told was best for my koi at a reasonable price. I also appreciated hearing directly from them that my order was processed and sent out immediately. Just top notch customer service! I will definitely be ordering products from them again!

Great quality item, shipped quickly! Great customer service! I have ordered several times and they have called when they had questions or needed to make substitutions! Highly recommend the bakki shower and Play it Koi!

Bought the required amount of plant from the company. Got way more than I expected which was great, very pleased with the amount. So far acclimation has gone well however the 30% of the plants that I received was not in the best condition, however I think I can nurse it back to health. Perhaps it was too chilly for it during shipping. Will buy from this company again, highly recommend.

The plants arrived healthy and instantly added beauty to the pond. My husband said “Who put the flowers in the pond?” They were a great addition. I am looking forward to purchasing more variety as we see how the current plants develop.

Recently purchased large number of Canna Lillie’s- rare variety Panache. Very large, healthy bulbs. Quick delivery. Good communication. Seller motivated to make sure you are happy. In my experience this is rare quality for plant sellers.

I've bought a few Koi items from Play It Koi and their service is second to none. I had one issue with a Pond Vac not operating as expected, Ben went above and beyond to fix it (even including an onsite visit to repair it!). Great guy, great company!

Ben's Koi is hands down the best Koi seller that I have visited. The selection and quality of the fish are superb. He spent a significant amount of time providing information on how to care of the Koi to maximize the chance of survival. My pond was doing poorly. Too much algae. Ben sold me a new filtration system and I could see bottom again in less than 3 weeks. My fish are happy and so am I. Ben helped me through the install. He was always responsive. Very pleased with the service.

It was very exciting to find a place to purchase pond plants so close to our home! Pond plants are hard to find. We were helped very quickly, and the plants we purchased were great quality. This prices were very fair, and we would definitely go here again!

Ben was incredibly helpful with suggestions and clarifications. He wasn't interested in just "making a sell" as much as he was in making a customer. He gave me more than adequate 1:1 time with frequent follow-ups until my pond needs were met. Thank you Ben!

I can't say enough positive things about Ben and his business, Play it Koi. We were interested in setting up our first Koi pond and jumped into the process pretty blindly. Luckily, as a local business, Play it Koi, was close enough to us that we could easily stop by to ask questions, see products and learn more about what we were getting into. Ben has also been incredibly patient with the calls and questions we've been asking. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor to go along with his business sense, so he made us feel comfortable with our choices. We will definitely be using him for all of our future Koi pond needs.
