was our first time buying a car from Wesley Chapel Toyota and it was smooth and transparent from beginning to end. Christopher Joseph was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the cars, found us exactly what we were looking for and got us a great deal too! My husband couldn't come with me but I wanted him to try out the car so Chris suggested we drive back to my house so my husband could test it out. He took his time demonstrating how to use all the features of the car. David Rivera was easy and pleasant to deal with on the finance end. I will be back and won't hesitate to recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota and Christopher Joseph to others.

Phenomenal!!!! Had the best experience here. From the start speaking with Ashley she was great to talk to and very helpful, then to my mother's salesman Dan Clemente he was very knowledgeable about the dealership, vehicles, and all promotions. He provided my mother every option and accommodated her wants. She was able to get a 2017 Camry that was beautiful and I have not seen my mother this happy in forever! Dan went far and beyond for my mother and I sincerely thank him for that. Super pleased with my overall experience with Ashley and Dan, that I will continue to refer potential customers to them as often as I can.

Johnny changed my family's life. It might seem dramatic for most people but after spending over a year without a car or proper transportation, my family is forever thankful to finally have a safe and reliable vehicle. Johnny, and Kelly from finances, managed to get the most amazing deal. They went above and beyond. They treated us with care, respect and compassion even though we came in empty handed and with a difficult situation. I mean this was seriously worthy of one of those sappy reality TV shows. My wife cried for a whole day after that. I am not exaggerating. I still don't know how they pulled it off but I will NEVER forget what they did for my family. Wesley Chapel Toyota has won a lifelong customer ! Thank you for everything, even though I know it doesn't do justice to what you have done for us.

Dan Clemente was great to work with. My husband does not respond well to high pressure sales tactics and Dan was a refreshing change. He knew when and what to push and when to back off and give my husband the space he needed to think things through and in the end Dan was able to work a deal that my husband was comfortable with on a great vehicle. We couldn't be more thankful and happy.

Leasing my new Corolla with Brandon Card was the best car dealership I have experienced thus far! He was extremely patient with me when I couldn’t make up my mind on the color, and he did everything he could to get me what I wanted. He also was very humble, I didn’t even know I was his first deal at this dealership until after I signed. Brandon and this dealership made everything super easy and as stress- free as buying a car can be! I would definitely recommend going to Wesley Chapel Toyota for your next car, and ask for Brandon.

I bought a new 2018 Camry from Wesley Chapel Toyota on 10/21. Salesperson Devin could not have been more accommodating in answering all my questions, negotiating me a great deal and was truly professional throughout the entire process. All the employees were extremely polite and and courteous. This dealership deservers to be a President's award winner again. Awesome experience and oh, by the way, the new Camry ROCKS !

I would highly recommend this dealership and my salesman Jeff Latham. He was so helpful in finding me the right car. He listened to what I was looking for and was patient and very knowledgeable. He helped me get everything set up before I pulled out of the parking lot in my new C-HR. It's great to find salesmen that you feel when you walk out the door that you still matter. All the staff were FANTASTIC!! Gerald assisted me in getting my Tacoma checked and get to g me into another truck till it is fixed. Most enjoyable experience. Wish I could remember the names of the girl on the phone that have me directions back after passing my turn..and the wonderful young lady that did the "walk-around" w the temporary I am now driving. I'm a very happy camper!!! Love them all!

I love this Toyota dealership of Wesley Chapel. It was busy but everyone took the time to say "hellocan I help you?" I met with Albert White and Sean Williams so I knew I would walk away with a deal I could be happy with, with no buyer's remorse. There's never any pressure, I think because the associates at Wesley Chapel really listen to their client's wants, respecting the budget of the buyer. They are the Gold Standard in car purchasing.

So far nothing but positive experiences at Wealey Chapel Toyota. Jacob has been my service advisor since the purchase of my vehicle and I am very pleased with the service I have received. He always keeps me informed of what to expect on my next visit. I feel like he takes an interest in making sure my vehicle is well maintained. I value and count on his advise when it comes to my car's well being!

Two weeks ago I went into the dealership. Rex Hastings (Internet Sales) was the salesperson that assisted me. He was so patient and kind. He and the sales department worked with my grandma and me. We signed the paperwork and thought everything was fine.

Monday night at 8:45 PM my grandma received a phone call asking if she could go into the dealership the next day to sign some papers regarding the payment. Who calls an elderly person at that time of night? She told the person that she could not make it in, but I would be in.

I got there a little after 9 AM. I was told one thing after another. After 12 PM, I finally requested to speak to the manager or owner. He wouldn't listen to me, he wanted to talk at me and not to me. By the time I finally left there, it was after 1 PM. I wasn't there that long when I was originally purchasing the vehicle.

I would recommend anyone to ask for Rex, but I would not recommend the dealership.

Not once did they seem to care that I was beyond tired or that my grandma was home by herself.

Rex, thank you for everything you did.

Again and again, Wesley Chapel Toyota continues to impress me. This time our salesman Harry Whitaker was absolutely sensational and followed up with us for over a year before we were finally able to find a vehicle that we loved and could afford earlier today. My husband and I have not one thing negative to say about this dealership. You should absolutely consider them a top contender for your business if you are in the market for a vehicle and don't forget to request Harry!!

This will be my fifth vehicle from Wesley Chapel Toyota. Everyone at the dealership has been a pleasure to work with: receptionist, salesperson, service department, Finance. Staff takes very good care of the facilities and provides an excellent experience for their customers. Refreshments including flavored water, available vending machines, fresh baked cookies keep you feeling energized while you browse and test drive the many vehicles on the lot. When you're finally ready to negotiate for the best price on your vehicle all discussions are out in the open, you're not taken to the back of the dealership and stuffed into a small room while the dealer tries to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. The offer is presented in a clear itemized fashion, you can see where the money you're about to spend is going (taxes, fees, etc.). As with all major purchases you definitely want to do your homework about the vehicles that you think you'll be interested in and what other dealers are selling them for. I found that Wesley Chapel Toyota prices are extremely competitive. Whether it's new or used, a Toyota or a different brand Wesley Chapel Toyota wants to help you find the right vehicle at a price that's comfortable for you. As you probably already know, they also have a pretty good warranty (lifetime) available on most of their vehicles. Special nod to Michael Brockway!

Wesley Chapel Toyota is just amazing! Richard is very nice and extremely helpful from helping with my budget, my down payment and even my insurance. I happen to be a new driver and he guided me through so much and really made me feel like a friend and not just a customer. I definitely had a 5 star experience today and I will continue to come back in the future and will recommend this place to anyone! I live close to Brandon and let me tell you, the drive is worth it when you're getting the best customer service! Thank you Richard for everything & Thank You Toyota!
