  the woman could hardly stop smoking her cigarette to come in and help me. they have NO cards, NO balloons, CANNOT do calligraphy, the place was just no fun. guess they don't go the extra mile. only sells flowers

  ordered a sympathy arrangement and what was delivered came no where close. It was a colorful bunch of flowers that looked as if they came from Publix grocery store..I was so embarrassed.
