Dunnellon Animal hospital has always been our vetranary office. But with two small old dogs it can become costly. $500 every time we walk through the door. I like Dr. Moorman, he's a neighbor and knows our pets personally. But all of their vets are very thorough and we feel like they're very helpful. They spend the time explaining the issues and give us several choices.

I have been going to this very since I moved to Crystal River 4 years ago. They are all very friendly and helpful. The vets themselves actually care about your animals. I have never had a bad experience here and with 5 dogs that amounts to quite a few very visits. This is the place to being your pets.

I have been going here for 11 years. I have always been pleased! The Staff is very friendly and on top of things. I love Dr. Ashley Adams and the Techs! Very helpful and concerning compassion My dogs love Dr. Adams! Those who wrote bad reviews need to go back as Dr. Mack has sold the Business and it seems much better to me now! I highly recommend going back!

Friendly, compassionate staff. Nice clean facility very close to where I now live. But you got to be on the ball. First, they will ask you if you want a sample of Nexgard. I've been asked if I want flea samples from past vets, and they were always free. I thought 'sample' meant 'free'. Didn't you? I get home and see I was charged $23. They should tell you what the sample will cost. They should tell you what everything costs. I had to ask about every little item. I order 6 Heartgard chewables, I get out to the car, they didn't give me the Heartgard, I had to go back in to get it. I get home, I see the invoice says I have been charged $63 for 12 Heartgards and I have 6 in hand. I contact them. They said look at the invoice again and see I was charged '12 quantity .50'. OK, so I'm a moron for not seeing that - weird, never seen that kind of billing before, but OK - but $63 for 6 months? At Drs. Foster Smith, where I'd been ordering Heartgard for years, a 6-month supply for 51-100 pound dogs is currently $44. I understand vets charge a little more but $20 difference? Obviously I will go back to Drs. FS after I go through this supply. But for everything else, looks like I found my vet.

I have been going here for over ten years with all my dogs. Dr. Moorman and his staff are amazing and take such good care of our fur babies, even the meanies who need muzzles. They were also empathetic and compassionate during the loss of two of our loved ones. Won’t go anywhere else

We've been coming here for about 17 years. 3 cats and now 2 dog's. The doctors are great. We usually see Dr. Moreman , he Will also call you back if you need to ask something about your pet. Dr Adam's is also very nice, she works his days off so is nice to have 2 doctors that I trust. They do not rush you out, they listen to what you have to say.

Had my mini pig spayed here. Dr. And staff were great with her. She came through surgery and aftercare very well and they called a few days later to see how she was doing.

Great service and care. I use the vet and kennel services multiple times a year and have had great experiences each time. No other place in the area has done as good as Dunnellon Animal Hospital.

Doctor Mormon is top notch. He genuinely cares about your animals and has a great sense of humor. He's a realist and doesn't try to run the bill up like many vets.

My family has been going to Dunnellon animal hospital since 2005. The staff has changed se over the years but they have all been friendly, and compassionate about your pets. I want to thank the staff here as they have helped, and shown empathy even during the most difficult decisions you'll have to make, they don't try and drain your wallet by suggesting lots of test and procedures that aren't necessary for your situation and anyone should appreciate that as lots of vets will do just that. So once again thank you to the staff as they will do anything they can to help you out.

Very caring staff. My Bella was treated well and they didn't try to load me up with things my dog didn't need. Very down to earth and affordable. I travel 22 miles past three other vets will do it again when needed.
