The dinner was delicious and filling. Just what I needed for my tastebuds. I had been craving Spanish Caribbean food all day, and these ppl made it all worthwhile. As one of the previous reviews mentioned, the food was a little pricey for the portions, and they didn't provide slices of Cuban bread, but the meal was still worthwhile. The closing time for today, Saturday, shows 9pm, but they closed at 7pm. When I asked the hostess about it (who by the way was very gracious and kind), she said they sometimes close early depending on clientele. So make sure you arrive before 7pm in order to eat -- especially if you are hungry like I was. (BTW, the website doesn't work very well. The link takes you to Facebook instead of to the actual website.) Oh, and they are a cash-only business. They have a sign indicating there is an ATM machine inside the restaurant.

What a wonderful restaurant! We are just in town for one night visiting friends and they took us here to Penn Station. Our waitress was so courteous and pleasant and the food was absolutely delicious! I had the shrimp scampi. my husband had the steak both were served with plantains which were just scrumptious! Our waitress recommended a dessert which was a pastry with filling and topped with guava. It was out of this world! You can really taste that everything was fresh and freshly made! Too bad we don't live closer --we'd be back here next week!

After hearing great feedback from this place decided to give it a try honestly the food was good but not worth the price considering the portions they give you and the first time where a Cuban restaurant doesn't give out complimentary Cuban bread with you're meal. Recommend anyone who comes here to call to make sure they're open cause a day they were supposed to be open they were closed. The person who answers the phone wasn't friendly was very rushy and hurried up to hang up not professional at all. Just to let anyone know about this place that might be helpful. Not saying no one should come here just be aware about this place before coming to anyone who is interested in coming here.

OMG. Food is perfection. Perfection. Wonderful service too. And you can bring your own booze. We're making this place our go to from now on. Love it.

Food was good but the place needs an overhaul. Booth vinyl all split up; our table was so lopsided it was hard to keep a glass from sliding.

Everything we had here was amazing. After a day of tubing at nearby Rainbow River we stopped in to recharge and couldn't have picked a better place. Service was exceptional, food was excellent (we tried the veggie grilled cheese, Cuban, and fish special that was to die for) and dessert was beyond amazing. I don't know if I can ever eat ice cream again without fried plantains, and the coconut pecan flan was heavenly. Thank you for a wonderful end to a fun day on the river! Will definitely remember this place for future trips.

I'm from Michigan, once I heard of a Cuban sandwich I needed to try one. Stopped in at Penn station and oh boy, that was a great sandwich. Not to mention very friendly staff, greeting us with a feeling of warmth. Great job! Keep it up!

Ate lunch there several weeks back. The service was good, and the food we had was delicious. Four of us had four different lunch entrees, and all were good. We will return to sample all the dishes and find our favorite meals. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Dunnellon area looking for typical Cuban style food.

Amazing. Literally best food in that town. Only place we plan to eat when we go to Rainbow River. Great for whole family. Love it.
