This place is a pure dump! There are roaches everywhere! My room smells like a dog pissed on the whole floor. I made a mistake of leaving a piece of clothing on the floor and when I picked it up it smelled like straight piss. This location does not provide towels, toilet paper or any other toiletries. The day I checked in there was no remote to the television. When I called the desk they brought up a remote with no batteries. When I called and asked about batteries it seemed as though I was bothering the staff. STAY FAR AWAY!

Cheap rates and staff is friendly. They've added night security so they are in the progress of trying to correct past reputation. So far I haven't had any reason to complain. Pay your rent and keep out of trouble and your fine. Police are a little more than a pain, have seen them park and wait for guests to leave and they pull them over almost immediately without obvious reason other than being down on your luck and doing the best you can. But if you wait out the police to go find a hobby other than yourself again you're fine. You do see people hanging around outside buts it's your everyday type of people. They all seem to live here long-term and are just visiting with other tenants just like you would see in any other apartment complex. I haven't felt unsafe once and my kids feel safe also. I would recommend to anyone needing to get back on their feet.

This place was DEPLORABLE!! Pretended to be interested in a stay my wife for a week. And asked for a key to do a visual walk throughI was unimaginable that the condition of the EXTERIOR was so foul to the eye. The once OUTSIDE POOL was nothing shy of a Bio Hazzard. But as i watch the unfortunate Patrons continued to circulate as i made it up 3 flights of staircase .Due to a not surprising non working elevator ENTRAPMENT GAMBLE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
The room condition was exactly what was expected due to the forms of trash sprawled about the walkway to the entrance.
In closingThis complex appears to have been at some point quite the eye catcher.
    LARGELY due to its design.
Don't think i will be traveling that route and SOME INTEREST OF UPKEEP SHOULD BE ADDRESSES.Patron with little to no options are being CHARGED for what appears to be Sub par living conditions .

Very disrespectful staff. I went to get a room and was totally ignored. One woman stayed laughing on the phone and the other never once raised her head to acknowledge my presence. When i called to ask if there was something important going on in the office the first woman told me it didn't matter that I was ignored and hung up. I called back and the second lady said they dont have to talk to me because I have an attitude. But they weren't talking to me when I walked in the front door of this motel anyway! So when do they talk to customers? I guess never.

Down to earth everyday good people. I feel safe getting out of my car at 11:00 pm. It is regularly patrolled by the authorities so if your looking for a place to bring illegal activity this is not the place for you. Just passing through or staying a little while its a clean safe place.

Very disspointed. Room had roaches and possible bed bugs. Had to call after hours emergency number for some issues they were very helpful and i am very pleased with their customer care other than that it was a poor stay.

It's a no frills, basic, cheap motel. The staff are really nice, but the office is not open passed 10pm and getting things for your room like towels and such can be challenging. There's a lot of tweakers, and no shortage of roaches, but it's pretty quiet and the parking lot is patrolled by cops fairly often at night so it's decently safe all things considered. AC worked like a champ in my room, water was super hot in the shower, tv had basic cable, and the bed was a bed. I needed a cheap place to stay for a couple weeks while I looked for an apartment, and Welcome Inn served my purpose. Not a place you want to brag about staying at, but definitely not the worst place I've ever found myself.

Not happy at all! The deposit that they charge for room keys was never returned and when I called about it they told me it was my loss since I didn't wait to check out when their office was open! also ask if a few articles were left in the room and was inform that it was not their problem that the items were gone.

You get what you pay for lol it's reasonable I guess been here 3 week and they all of a sudden raised the rent 20$ per room on top of the 210 we pay and 45$ late fee they charge that we pay every other week. No bed bug which is a big plus a/c works bathroom is decent it's a place to sleep so

The worst "hotel" I've ever been to. The filth and atmosphere is terrible not to mention the obvious life style choices that go on. Wouldn't allow my dog to go there.

For the price this is a decent place to stay. It's cheap, rooms are spacious and lots of shopping near by.

Very helpful staff. Nicest extended stay America I have ever seen. Relaxing pool, nice clean rooms with kitchens utensil and everything else you need. The rooms are decorated nicely much better than the other Extended Stay Americas

Met a dude in parking lot (after going to the wrong welcome inn. I guess there's two of them, but my outdated GPS didn't get the memo- 12 minutes away) to buy a cell phone off craigslist. I guess I shouldn't judge the hotel by the quality of the transaction. Dude, "You got the money?" "Um, no- drove all the way across friggin town to this poorly manicured and dimly lit hotel courtyard area probably filled with hypodermic needles and little empty baggies with skulls on the side to waste your time and in fact, I'm thinking I'll rent the banquet room for my son's barmitzvah ya' tattooed for no reason shirtless bag of poo." ---Dude: "you don't need to rent the banquet room. It's free with a room. We rent by the week but struggle to count all the coins before 7pm everyday." Enough said.
