Used parking lot only, not hotel. Hotel was messy and under construction when I entered to check in my car and the parking lot was ICE! No one had tried to salt it down for safety. Additionally I had to find another way to get to the airport during their supposed shuttle hours because they hadn't started yet. Also depending on who you speak with when calling it depends on how much it'll be. Do some extra work and compare their prices online too! We saved a significant amount booking online. Have used this place to park several times;however, it seems to just go downhill time after time. Very disappointing! (Evening staff is definitely more friendly and customer focused than morning too, fyi)

The pool was not available to use because of renovation. We were not informed of this when making the reservation. The room has black mold and the room was dirty (clothes in the drawer and used bar of soap in the tub). The door was not secure.

Didn't stay the night here, just used the lot for parking while I was gone on vacation. The shuttle to the airport was great and the process was efficient. Nothing to complain about.

The whole place was extremely dirty and smells horrible. The furniture was falling apart, and by the pool there was a puddle of water on the tile. No wet floor sign and my son slipped and fell. When I told the front desk it took them 45 min to go and clean up the mess and they didnt ask about my son being ok nor did they offer help or anything. Worst hotel by far.

This place should be avoided until renovations are completed. The company website displays images of the rooms and amenities that are NOT current. This hotel is under complete renovation. The rate charged is NOT worth the value you receive. Avoid at all costs. This same street has more than 10 other hotels. There is a bus route if public transportation is needed. You will need a car otherwise because there are limited restaurants in the immediate area.

Really 2&1/2, but .. The people are very nice, the rooms although old are clean, this place is in a major renovation, they have a bar with a happy hour sign but it's not open. They're free included breakfast is a continental breakfast, although they did have waffles. It does have an indoor pool that looked pretty clean, and that's about it.

We booked a park/sleep reservation with Plaza Hotel. We returned on to KC airport around 11:20 pm, called for shuttle and waited 40 minutes to be picked up. We saw their van drove by but it didn't stop. We called back to the hotel and was told that the driver had sign out at midnight and we need to take a taxi and paid for our own way back to the hotel. The desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. We had used this park/sleep package many times before and never had trouble like this. We understand the hotel just switched owner recently and we are very disappointed with this service. We won't be using this hotel with this kind of service.

The check in process was very poor. "Greeting from the Desk Clerk Dean. Point the finger and said and you? " Reply yes. DEAN: Reservation . I need your ID& A major credit card. Swipes my card now sign. So tell me what this is that I'm signing. Oh your agreement in case you decide to trash the hotel. (Hoe can I trash trash) now that I know after going to the room. We will bill your card. I asked for a copy of the agreement. We don't have that you booked on line. I know but I gave you my information and my credit card also. So I have the rite to printed copy of what I signed and agreed to. He was not happy with me. I said sir. Of the tables were turned you would request the same documentation as I'm doing it only logical that you would offer a copy. I get it and then we get into the car park around back. The entrance through the back was very poor. Light fixtures falling down. Then the elevators are awful, then the hand written signs among the please excuse our renovation process to make your stay better. Then we get to the 3rd floor the place smells hot and musky. The walls of the elevator was filled with years of finger prints. The place appears to be a former slave trade center. The beds were filled with hair, blood stains and sex stains. The bottom sheet was filled with hair and stains. The mold and the pictures on the wall and the holes in the bedroom walls are terrible. Please save your self the time and energy. Don't book this affordable financially pretty pictures in advertising sad azz horror tell. (Hotel) DON'T DO IT.

Booked a non smoking room. Arrived and put in a smoking room. Changed rooms and went to take a shower and the shower would not drain. Used the toilet and it would not flush. Night clerk wanted us to change rooms for a third time. Went to bed and had to deal with construction work on the floor above us most of the night. Awoke early to VERY LITTLE TO NO breakfast. Waffle maker DOA, fruit warm and spoiled, milk warm, and instant coffee. Cereal was stale.
I have called the Plaza Hotel 11 days wanting to speak to the Manager, Jim Patel. He has never returned our calls. I sourced the parent company, called, and never get an answer.

The Plaza Hotel is not far from airport and pretty easy to get to. I happened to stay while they were undergoing renovations so the room I stayed in did not look as nice as it could have. It had a sleep number bed that did not work properly, and my electronic plugs had a hard time staying in some of the wall outlets. The breakfast was somewhat lacking, but it may have been a result of the nearby renovations. Otherwise, a solid hotel. The staff members were courteous, and I had no complaints about noise

Room was very clean. First place I ever stayed that I feel totally comfortable walking around in the room barefoot. Staff was very helpful. There were no pillows in the room and the faucet in the tub was missing the screw that holds it on. I would say housekeeping needs to be repremanded. But I still give it a high rating

Very nice place. Very comfortable and welcoming. Room was very well cleaned and well maintained. Receptionist was very polite and helpful. Indoor pool area was very clean and enjoyed all the amenities available
