This is a very unique store oh, I went to pick up meat for a client of mine and it was ready and marked with a price and was able to check out immediately and it was a very nice experience pretty centrally located and plenty of parking

Great local grocery with lots of local options many hard to find items, and a great, friendly staff. A real treasure - I always find something new when I come here.

Weiland’s is wonderful. Each section has a variety of brands that you may not find in other stores. There are many Ohio brands available from near and far. And, of course, there is the meat department which is one of the anchors of Weiland’s. There is also a liquor store next to the grocery store.

We had the privilege of Weiland's catering for our daughters wedding this past week-end. Javier and his team was fantastic! The food and service was out of this world! Our wedding guests raved about the food and commented how delicious and fresh everything was. I didn't have to worry about anything! Javier truly outdid himself! Thank you Weiland's and Javier for making our event so stress free and memorable!

Very friendly staff, quality fresh meats and seafood and a great selection of beers and other spirits. Fresh baked goods are always delicious and their wine department staff are super knowledgeable and helpful.
This is a gourmet market so they keep staff-friendly hours (no midnight beer runs here) and they don't carry a lot of mainstream brand items because they prefer to focus on specialty items like local organic dairy products, etc.response / report this review -

Excellent wine selection with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Likewise for meat and deli. Very well stocked beer and liquor area too. Great cheese selections. I like the friendly service at Weiland's. General groceries are too pricey.

I was very tired yesterday when I decided we needed something good to eat for dinner. i did not have the energy to fix anything. I chose to go to Weiland's on Indianola Ave. They have the best prepared foods. My grief sets in when I am most tired. While walking around the store my walk was slow and bend over. A tear or two was always coming from my eyes. I got my food and headed to the checkout. A dear older women was waiting for me. She looked at me and say " Oh my dear, you are not feeling well" I said no and that was all it took for me to start sobbing. The lady came from the around the checkout and came to me and put her arms around me. I told her my son had been killed by a hit and run driver and that they have not found the driver. Before I knew what was happening, four other people came over and laid their hands upon me. They all began to speak to be and offer words of comfort. The entire check out area was in dead silence. The older lady held my head and looked at me face to face. She began to pray. The others stood in silence. She ended her prayer. The others again offer caring words. I finished my check out and the lady told me to come any time if I needed comfort. I have always loved to shop at Weiland's. Now they rate high on God's list too.

This store is amazing! So many different things to choose from that you don't see at regular stores. Extremely clean and well organized. The staff was top notch and so friendly. I will make this one of my favorite places to shop!

BEWARE! Store is great, but there are thief's in the parking lot! I had went to Weilands and put a grocery bag on the front passage side. Went to the thrift store two doors down, for 20 minutes and when I came out, someone had broken my window to steal my grocery bag! Unbelievable! Make sure everything is in your trunk. I've never had anything stolen out of my car before, and never thought someone would do this kind of an act for a bag of groceries! pathetic! PLEASE install surveillance cameras! This happened in broad DAYLIGHT!

Best market and best liquor store around Columbus. Wide range of wines available. The staff were very polite and helped me more thoroughly than I have experienced. You won't be disappointed coming here.

Alcohol -- They have one of the best selections in Columbus [only bested by Arena Wine] for spirits. They often get new products in, but they're great for high end rums and gins.
Food -- The meat section is great, produce is good.
I don't get to this part of town often, but when I do I always run by here. Great options and friendly staff!response / report this review
