She coordinated my wedding day and allowed for my family and I to be fully present and invested in the day- not worried about countless details! Our family couldn't have been more pleased with the job Vicki did for our wedding!! She went above and beyond to make sure that weekend was perfect! She was so detail oriented, offered great suggestions, and remained calm when things seemed out of control! The thing that stood out the most was the "personal" connection we had with Vicki. She made us feel like we were special and not just another "job"! Will definitely be using her again if the need arises!

Vicki is a life saver. A hurricane came through on the exact day of my daughter's wedding, changing nearly every aspect of Vicki's meticulously coordinated plan, as well as the availability of vendors and locations. But Vicki was the essence of calm and rearranged it all in no time. Her network of contacts was crucial to moving locations and filling in for vendors who could no longer travel.
We had a fantastic rehearsal dinner and gorgeous ceremony. My only regret is not booking her to handle the whole process from the very start! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and even for snag-free wedding planning (if there is such a thing), she makes the process so simple. Can't recommend her enough!

Vicki did a FANTASTIC job coordinating our wedding day. She went above and beyond what we hired her to do. She was always available via email, phone, or text, and answered every one of my questions. She took care of so many little details and I was super relaxed in the days leading up to the wedding. Everything was absolutely wonderful. We cannot thank her enough for all of the hard work she put in to making sure our wedding day was perfect. Hiring Vicki was by far one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding!

I cannot say enough about how incredible Vicki was in her role as the wedding planner for my son and daughter-in-law's recent wedding in Fairhope. Since the wedding was a "destination" location for us, we were particularly thankful for Vicki's extensive knowledge of the area and her experience working with virtually all of the local venues that we used. During our planning meetings, Vicki was very organized and precise, and brought up small, yet important, details that truly would have escaped my mind and I consider myself very detail oriented. I can also say that Vicki, along with her assistant, allowed the rehearsal, wedding day, ceremony and reception to be a worry-free and enjoyable experience. No one had to wonder or worry about something being left out. She literally handles all of the transitioning between venues, behind-the-scene organizing, etc. You will not be disappointed if you select Vicki to help you out - highly recommended!

Vicki is amazing. She truly made the day worry free by making sure all of our ideas came to life. She is very organized and is available through your planning anytime you need assistance. From the first meeting to heading off on our wedding night every detail of the timeline was taken care of by Vicki. She truly takes pride in the work she does and cares about the wedding and client as if they were family. Whether you are looking for someone with great communication, organizational skills, creativity, planning and budgeting she does it all. I didn't think we needed a planner but I was so blessed we had Vicki and would recommended her to anyone planning a wedding.

“Wow, she’s really great,” was our family’s echoed response following any time we spent with Vicki. We liked Vicki the moment we met her. A perfect balance of Southern warmth and cool head, she left no doubt in our minds that we made the right decision to work with a wedding planner. While we were married in Fairhope, my husband and I did the majority of our planning from our home in Austin, but Vicki’s responsiveness and cheerful flexibility bridged those 900 miles just fine. She asked smart questions, remembered small details, listened without judgment, and acted quickly and thoroughly to make the most of our time and our budget. She was always ready with a referral or an alternate solution, and if you have ever seen her, you know you can trust her good taste. You expect a planner to be organized and efficient, which of course, she has nailed – we always knew what to expect next. But it is tranquility that you’re really after, and Vicki has this innate air of calm reassurance and gentle authority you don’t find in just anyone. It was this quality that we valued most during our time with her, and why we felt relaxed and unruffled whenever we knew she was around – following up on flowers, herding guests, coordinating cleanup. She probably even talked the weather into the rainbow it unrolled right before our ceremony. Our wedding was the beautiful, special, happy occasion you hope for, and if we had to do it again, we’d begin once more with Vicki.

Vicki did an amazing job of focusing on every detail of my daughter’s wedding (rehearsal, after rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception.) She made wonderful suggestions throughout the planning process and leveraged her extensive network of exceptional vendors to ensure that everything went off without a hitch! I know that both my daughter and I enjoyed the wedding week A LOT more because we didn’t have to worry about a thing!!
