If you value your truck, your time and your walletdon’t come here. They purposely keep your truck longer to get more money for labor. Took my truck in for some warranty coverage work and a marker light replacement. Had my truck for 2 days..I called on the 2nd day before I went to get my truck. Was told it was ready..on the 3rd day I went in the evening to get my truck and surprise it wasn’t ready. Told me it’ll be another 1hr or so to replace the marker light. I said that’s ok I’ll get it fixed later. It took them another 45min to bring my truck to me. Didn’t even leave the burned out marker light on my truck..they just left it empty. This place is AWFUL & I will never bring my truck back to this “business”

Overpriced for diagnostics and even they don't know to explain what are they trying to charge you when they give you estimate.

HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS? THEY NEVER HAVE NOTHING IN STOCK, EVERYTHING HAS TO BE ORDERED AND THEN THEIR IS A SHIPPING CHARGE! YOU CALL IN AND YOU'RE ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME, NONE OF THE BASIC PARTS LIKE FILTERS OR WHEEL SEALS ARE ON THE SHELF!!!! THIS PLACE REALLY SUCKS!!!!! I'D GIVE THEM NO STARS BUT THE COMPUTER WON'T LET ME!

Clint at the service desk was 5 stars! Great customer service, helpful, humble, and even helped me put the heavy parts in my car. Wish every guy could be like him. Treated me like a person, and i really felt he cared about giving me the best service he could. I'll come here just because of him.

Jason at the service desk kept me informed along with the mechanic assigned to my truck. My truck was in and out of the shop in less than a day to have doser line and doser block replaced. Truck is running great. Will go back for more work .

NEVER AGAIN. Quoted me $125 an hour, they charged me $141.95 instead. Started work and than proceeded to replace parts without authorization . $250.00 in labor to install a dipstick tube bracket and replace 2 lost bolts for the mounting bracket?!?! Told them my bleed screw on my APU needed to be replaced cause it was over torqued and broke by another shop and they charged me $108.00 to tell me I was right and never fixed it!! $57.00 bucks to tell me they couldn't fix the trailer door seal!! They even managed to screw up my engine diagnostic and proceeded to tell me I need half an engine (head gasket and head) when the rig runs and drives fine! No communication unless your standing there and even then it's half assed. I'm working on a parts list to get you an estimate is what I was told for a day and a half all the while they're racking up a damn bill that is so bloated you need 3 men and a boy to carry the paperwork!!! Almost $1100 for a minor air leak, a few lights, dipstick tube hardware, all before I could get it out from under their roof and almost all of it was 'diagnostic charges' and ramped up labor cost. WATCH OUT!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Slow to get simple repairs done, and if you have to stay overnight the Best Western they send you to has bed bugs.

Takes days to get a simple fix done. Don't recommend it if you're on a tight time schedule.

Brought the truck in on Thursday 9/15/16 with a loaded Reefer Trailer. They agreed to get right on it. Friday morning had not started on it & promised it would be finished by close of business Fri. Late Friday evening I received a call saying they needed another part they didn’t have, and that they would have it that night and would have us out Sat. by 1. I offered to pay extra to have tech stay and get us out that night, explaining the dire need to get the refrigerated load moving, they would not accommodate. Got a call Sat. about 3 saying they couldn’t get to it and would finish it up Monday. Again, I offered to pay extra to have someone come in to finish it that night (as they offer 24 hr call out service), but they didn’t care and were going to leave at close of Business on Sat no matter what. They again promised they would have the truck rolling first thing Monday. On Monday morning the Service Manager told me they would have it in two hours and it was still not rolling by 2pm Monday. I have spoken to the service people and the Manager letting them know what I had been through and what I offered and they didn’t care that we had dated refrigerated goods that were likely to not be received at this point. If they had told us anything about the expected timing, we would have rented a truck to continue the load or gone elsewhere for service. They don’t care about their customers needs and are not honest when making commitments.
Further, after the truck left their shop, a turbo line blew off and the truck was down again. I had to pay for a call out to repair roadside. Truck City would not even consider paying the callout repair fee. The hose was removed by them and they did not replace it properly.
