I've used "We Clean Baltimore" three times now, and each time has been nothing short of exceptional. Their attention to detail, punctuality, and dedication to a spotless result truly set them apart. No call no show. Missed my 8am. I called, they said 9:30. Missed the 9:30. 10:05 they call and say they are close. I explain that they missed their service window and I need a refund. They say "Sorry no we have a $75 cancelation policy, byyyyye" and hangs up phone.

Don’t hire them. They are a scam. I booked this company for a move out service. Please check the photos below was taken after they left. The price was $400 for a 2000 sq . I had to clean again after they left. I was checking my credit card and I saw an extra charge for $100 without my authorization I’ve been trying to reach out but they block my number !

We have used Good Clean Baltimore twice in the past two years. In both instances, the cleaner was excellent. This year, there were two cleaners on the job. They went beyond the arranged agreement and did not charge more. We'll continue to hire this company.
