The store is bright and friendly. There are many beautiful choices of jewelry. We especially loved admiring the pre-loved collection. The owner was kind and patient and let us try on as many different pieces as we liked. He was also accommodating for making arrangements for sizing, delivery, etc. We enjoyed our experience in the store and would be happy to visit again.

This is a really nice place with great prices on very nice quality items - Richard and Tom are both so nice (and knowledgeable) - it’s always a pleasure shopping here!

Hours of operation not adhered to. I asked some locals and they said that was "par for the course" for this business.

I live here locally in Florence and wanted to ask about getting an appraisal on a diamond ring of mine. They don’t do appraisals there, but they gave me a card for someone in Eugene that does appraisals which I appreciated. I also was looking to buy a little ring. I didn’t want to spend a lot. I was talking with one fellow and I saw a ring that I liked that said $45. He pulled it out of the slot and it said $95 on the tag on the inside. And he said “Oh, this $45 is for another ring”. The other was close by so I understood. I then continued to look at the more expensive rings. I walked a few feet away from him and then walked down to the less pricey rings again. Right then a lady came in and he proceeded to be occupied with her and carry-on a long conversation. Anyway, his associate then helped me with a tray of rings that I was looking at. I saw another one that said $45. He pulled it out and again on the inside it said $95. And he said “Oh, this $45 tag was for another ring”. I said “How am I supposed to know that”. I left there very unhappy with the whole experience. When I left, the first fellow I was talking to was still talking to the lady that had come in. Even though I wasn’t looking at expensive jewelry I still was a customer. On my way out I was asked if I had any relatives visiting. I said no I didn’t. But I tell you, even if I had relatives visiting and even if they wanted to spend a lot of money on jewelry, I wouldn’t send them there.
