I enjoy going here and seeing friendly faces. Robbie, the bartender, is awesome! He's knows his beer! If you become a regular and want a certain beer he will find a way to get it for you. The bands that play here are great and we'll worth the door fee (to pay the band).

High Rock Outfitters is a fantastic local music venue. Who would ever have thought that Lexington would be so fortunate to have such a place? The atmosphere and ambiance is great. Even at the back of the venue you're still fairly close to the stage.

At some of the larger shows you can even call ahead to reserve a table. In the past the have typically used rows of chairs for showers with big turn outs. As many others have already said, there is a great selection of beer you should definitely check out.

We typically try to get there 30 minutes before the show starts and have never had any problems with seating. Parking is usually pretty easy as well. Most shows happening here are later in the evening after the regular main street/uptown area traffic has cleared out.

If you're looking for easy parking, try the square or in front of the old court house. The side streets along that block are good as well.

I hope everyone knows about the pit bull Chris Phelps "rescued". The one he leaves without water or shelter. The one he lets terrorise the neighborhood. He's a bad pet owner.
