  Brought in a flat tire to get replaced. They said it would take an hour and a half, and they'd call me when it was one. I had to call them 5 hours later. I had to explain twice to the guy that I brought I flat in to get replaced. I asked why nobody called me, he said he didn't know. He really acted like he didn't care too. Will not return, do not recommend using this place.

  Good prices, but lacks the costumer service and better time management. I dropped a wheel off to have them install a new tire on. They told me 30 minutes. So I left and came back in 30 minutes, I had to wait am additional hour and a half more. took them 2 hours to mount a tire on a wheel. I would have been fine if they told me to come back in 2 hours. But now I wasted an hour and a half. This place use to be good.

  Great service at reasonable prices. The Nerheim family, who owns Waukegan Tire, are invested in the community. They give their time and money to make Waukegan a great place
