On behalf of Watts Auto Service, we try to satisfy all customers and as a business owner you know that is is impossible.. but, you try anyways! You will always have good and bad customers when running a business- We do honest work regardless.. But, yet again you can not satisfy every person that walks through the door. It has taken hard work and dedication to get our business to where it is today and frankly, we are very proud at how far this family ran business has come!
When it comes to State Safety Inspections, always remember "avoid delay and inspect early". If you wait until the last of the month when your inspection sticker is getting ready to expire; There will most likely be a wait or delay. We thank you for your business!response / report this review -

Not always dependable. Found out they didn't have inspection stickers until after starting the inspection. Said they would call me when the stickers came in but I had to call them.

Would be zero stars if I could. I had a popping noise coming from underneath front end. They called told me it was one thing that needed to be fixed. A few hours after that I was called again and told it was something else that needed to be fixed and it would cost me on top of what they just fixed. Another couple of hours the problem still wasn't fixed and they needed to fix something else! Paid around $1600. Well here we are 7 months later and the noise has returned. So I took my car to Ford( should've done this to begin with) and the noise I'm hearing is from a part Watts told me they fixed. Watts also supposedly replaced a brake caliper, which low and behold I'm replacing the same damn brake caliper they said they replaced. Now I gotta put another $500 out. Very unhappy. Don't waste your $$ with these guys take it to someone who knows what they are doing.

The service here is terrible. They told me to be here by 2pm. When i got there at 2 , they said it may be a couple more hours before they even looked at my car. The secretary was extremely rude. I got on the phone with my mother and she kept interrupting me saying "if you have a problem then you can grab your keys and leave". The owner then told me go ahead leave it isn't putting money in my pocket. I do not recommend this place at all.

Went to get work done on my vehicle. The shop scheduled my work for Wednesday on Monday left the vehicle on Tuesday Wednesday the shop never touched my vehicle I sat there and watched them take car after car that came in and left mine. I'm done with this shop cause I'm not one of the good old boys.
