New to VA and went for an inspection because titan was nearby. The man came out and said we have some problems and told me I needed a tie rod and all new ball joints which was almost $1700. The man got up and said we'll get started and I said no i need to talk to my husband. I texted my husband while waiting for the man to finish my ticket. My husband called me and was irate and said there was no way because he has worked on cars his whole life and has actually changed ball joints and tie rods and his brother is a mechanic. My husband got a few recommendations from some guys at work for a shop. The next day I drove 45 minutes away so this other shop could inspect my car and my husband told them to fix whatever was wrong. I had not only one inspector look at it but a second came and double checked what titan said was wrong and guess what the only thing wrong was the tie rod. They didn't understand why I was told the ball joints were bad because that wasn't the case at all and they also took videos and pictures to document and show there was nothing wrong with the ball joints but the 1 tie rod was bad. I don't know if it's because I'm female and most don't know a lot about cars but y'all tried to steal around$1400 from my family and yes that's what it was because there is pictures and video to prove my ball joints were fine. I hope no one else goes through this.

Called ahead to make appointment, very helpful on phone. Had my car tires replaced and work done to my satisfaction. Technician very professional and work done in a timely manner. Will use again very soon

Very impressed with this operation. Being new to the area it is nice to have such a great shop close by that I can trust. Bruce and Tod were very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Will be servicing all my vehicles here.

The service and facility was great, however the staff was less the honest about pricing. I arrived with a coupon for an oil change for $19.90. The service writer was extremely polite, accepted my coupon, collected my personal info and set up the service in their system. Upon completion, I returned to the counter for payment, and a loose piece of paper, not attached to the counter, stated the coupon was misprinted and the actual price was $24.90. This info was not mentioned to me when I handed the service writer the coupon, nor was it attached to the door, like the other notice that WAS attached to BOTH doors stating the shop was no longer open on Saturdays. While $5 is not a big deal and would not have impacted my decision to have my vehicle serviced, the bait & switch is an issue. Establishing a relationship with a mechanic is an issue of trust. Titan Auto was not transparent and therefore I will not return nor would I recommend. BUYER BEWARE!

Made an appointment to get stupid TPMS sensors calibrated to my car. Titan quoted me the same as other non dealer shops. Made an appointment and they said would take an hour. Took 52 minutes out the door and not a penny more than the quote. Highly recommend for jobs you can't do yourself. BTW Titan did it for $50 and Toyota quoted $200. They gained a future customer fantastic experience. Didn't even finish my free coffee.

We just moved here from NJ and our neighbors recommended Titan Auto. I was extremely pleased with the service -- professional, helpful, honest, and polite. The service advisor and the technician were both outstanding and explained everything clearly. Wait time was shorter than estimated, and waiting area was clean and comfortable. We will be using Titan for all our auto needs! Highly recommend!

This is an edit of an original review from two months ago. I initially had a rather negative experience at Titan Auto & Tire with scheduling an appointment and having to wait an extremely long time for just an oil change. Long story short, the owners apologized and told me that their service manager would contact me soon to discuss my concerns.

I never expected to hear back from anyone, but sure enough their friendly Service Manager, Bruce, did call me back and listened to my feedback and was willing to do whatever it took to make it right and keep us as customers. Honestly, all I wanted was the ability to book an appointment at a specific time and get my cars serviced in a timely matter so I wasn’t down a car for the entire day – which is always a huge inconvenience for a working family! Today I decided to give Titan Auto & Tire one more chance and they REALLY came through this time. I had two new tires mounted and balanced in under an hour! This far exceeded my expectations and I was not only ecstatic to have our car back quickly to be able to run errands before the 4th of July, but I was also extremely pleased to see that the owners and the staff sincerely tried to make things right. This is EXACTLY why I choose to support local businesses whenever possible. Thank you again!

It was great to find out that Titan Auto could replace our class C RV tires at a great price, do a state inspection and oil change in a few hours.
Carlyle, Bruce and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely use them again!

Clay and the folks at Titan not only perform great work, but CARE about their customers. On more than one occasion they have helped our family in a bind, but most recently on NEW YEARS EVE allowing my wife to bring her vehicle with a leaking tire in despite holiday hours for a repair and got her in and out on the spot. They go out of their way to take care of their clients Everyone needs a mechanic they can trust, don't waste your time and money anywhere else. Thank you Titan!

We have been coming to Titan for 3 years. They have serviced all our cars, American and Japanese made. They are extremely thorough! We have never had trouble getting an appointment and the service is quick. They have also been extremely helpful with other services, such as checking out cars that we are about to purchase. We have really appreciated all their advice!
