I don't normally do this but I was very unhappy with my experience at Watson's. I went there to test drive a Renegade. I was looking in the lot for quite some time and I noticed someone even look out at me, but they didn't acknowledge me at all. I then went to Betten and almost as soon as I got out of my vehicle I was approached. I bought a Ford Escape and yes I was planning on buying a new vehicle but not a Ford.

Wonderful to deal with while they tried to fix my town and country door! The dealer I bought it from wouldn't even look at it. No more business to the other dealer from now on! Happy with Watson's. My new car dealer.

Pushy salesman and high prices. Told Matt exactly what vehicle, options and price out the door we wanted. Kept trying to sell us higher prices vehicles we couldn't afford. Was told he could search for and get us a vehicle that we wanted. Then a week later after trying to get us to buy one that was $3500 above what we wanted to spend Matt said that if it's not on their lot that they don't have anything. This after Matt spoke with me on the phone and said they could find us a vehicle. I made contact with Cody Watson and explained to him the situation. The next day he was searching for the right vehicle for us. He found one that would have worked with the exception that it was above our price range. Also they could never tell me the otd pricing. Not sure what they are hiding.
