Very nice campground with friendly hosts. Clean neat streets close to food and shopping. Beautiful beach on Silver Lake has awesome sunset views.
My family and I just spent 5 nights here and had a great time!! The park and it amenities are very clean and well kept! The owners and employees were all very friendly! The only reason im not giving it 5 stars is because the sites are a bit small. The little town is really cute with some fun luttle places and lots of ice cream choices!! We will definitely be back!
Nice place! The staff is nice and friendly and all facilities are tidy and clean, well maintained and family friendly. Two thumbs up and a big grin from me!
Very clean and quiet campground. Staff was very friendly. Showers were real clean and well maintained. Look forward to returning soon. Love how we could walk into town every night. Great location. Nice private sandy beach.
This is a top-notch RV park. Super clean facilities, beautifully manicured sites, lovely owners/hosts. This is by far the best camp we have ever sayed at while traveling all over the US the past three years.
We just got home from Sandy Shores and I would recommend this campground to anyone, without hesitation. It was remarkably clean and well kept. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and were easy to track down when needed. Just remember to keep the drunken laughter at a reasonable volume after 11p, or you might get a friendly reminder from the roving staff.
The management at Sandy Shores is absolutely horrific. That's all they care about is money money money. Chris and Jerry completely screwed our family after 20 plus years of paying for a seasonal site. The rules are so strict you cannot even enjoy your vacation time. I'd highly recommend choosing a different place to stay.
We love this area and love this campground. The owners are incredibly nice. We have only reserved full hookup sites and they are nice size and allow our dogs to have a little space to move around. The pool is great and heated. The facilities are super clean. My daughter actually will shower there instead of waiting to use the shower in the camper. It's a nice quiet campground and perfectly located. Close enough to walk or bike ride to get ice cream or go to the arcade and go carts just a short way down the street. The beach area is small but a fun spot to build a sand castle, have a picnic and get some sub but to shallow to swim. For my family it is perfect and we will always choose Sandy Shores.
