Very big mall! We were trying to find a wheelchair for our grandmother and nobody seemed to know where to get one! It took about 45mins for someone to direct us in the proper direction. When we arrive to get the wheelchair there was nobody at the desk so we stood there for another 20mins. Very poor service my advice would be to take your own wheelchair if you have one!

The Monroeville Mall is your typical sprawling shopping experience. Due to some of the recent violence in the food court and a lack of reinvestment or updates, I've given it a medium score. To be fair, it does have a newer Cinemark Theatre and plenty of the usual shops that you would expect at an American Mall. Plenty of parking and other shopping nearby.

Well renovated. The food court has much better options then in previous years. Even the store are better. For a mall that was all but dead 10 years ago it's doing very well.

Pros: Clean, great store variety, and many parking options.
Cons: Would like healthier food options in the food court.
LOVE InsaniTea! Highly recommend checking out this bubble tea stand!

Decent mall with a pretty good selection of stores. The crowd can be a little iffy though. But overall it's still are go to mall and generally have a good experience when we go. They also have a fairly decent food court. And a strip mall right outside of the mall.

Probably one of the last few malls left with actual business. Still shows some empty store spaces here and there. Often afraid to shop due to recent shootings, and one time a fight was starting just as I was leaving. Luckily mall security was able to act fast, but I'm still wary of the types of people that linger there.

Very large mall with 3 floors. Tons of stores, a theatre, and plenty of businesses that surround the outer perimeter. There is a circular roadway that goes around the whole mall. It’s helpful to know which store you are going to and have a map of the mall so you can plan where to park. It’s not so busy in the morning when I went.

Malls are in a war that I don't feel is winnable online shopping losing anchor store ls rapidly all will eventually strangle brick and mortar locations with that said it would be very easy for the malls to throw up their hands in defeat, however this location hasn't conceded just yet, beautiful well kept inside and out and pricing still competitive with online pricing and friendly enough that the die hard have to feel the product shoppers will feel safe and worth the drive.

No fault of the Mall persl we getting there is murder traffic in the area chaotic.

Most of what you need. Very clean. Great parking. 1/3 of the store fronts are closed. Nice movie theater. Average food court.

I grew up going to the Monroeville Mall "years" ago when it was still in its prime & cool place to hang out. Of course my friends & I would also shop here as well - they had all the coolest stores! Then I moved out of the area so it wasn't convenient to shop there any more.
I went there many years later with my daughter & was utterly surprised @ how pathetic the whole mall appeared. It looked like no updates had been done since last there, only minimal maintenance. And I found myself a little frightened on more than one occasion. It still seems to be a hang out for teens & young adults. But their actions (in some, not all) crossed a line, that we as teenagers long ago never would have thought about let alone put our thoughts to fruition. They not only scared shoppers away but @ times that seemed to be their only goal. I saw people entering & turning right around to exit.
I believe we got a few things but not everything intended & went home.
I still like the layout of the Monroeville Mall over the Ross Park Mall but will shop @ Ross Park any day over Monroeville for my feeling of safety.

My high score was due to the excellent service I received at the Macy's Store in the Monroeville Mall, the Sales Rep was Melanie Artmeyer on Tuesday, May 23, 2017, this Sales Rep went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me to find the items I was looking for were blouses that had threw quarter length sleeves and the assistance she showed me as I stated was beyond the call in fact it was not busy and Melanie called Macy's in the King of Prussia to see if they had the (3) blouses that was too small at this Macy's and the other Macy's had the size I needed and my Macy's Card information was give to the Sales Rep in the King of Prussia name Snelhal.
I have received (2) of the (3) blouses that was ordered I am pleasantly surprised with this quick turn around service.

An awesome mall!! I grew up visiting this mall often. . There are plenty of amazing stores with helpful, friendly employees. I worked many places there throughout the years, I have been one of those employees. I would love to people shopping and enjoying time together again, like I have seen through-out the years. I am sure other malls are great, but this mall is known from the original 'Dawn of the dead' movie from 1978.

Been a frequent shopper at this mall for years! It's clean and the crowd is usually fair, busy without being too much. The stores rotate but there's a decent mall variety and a few specialty stores. I suggest visiting the bubble tea stand before you leave. As a satisfied customer since they opened? You'll love the friendly family service and amazing tea💓

Most of the stores are closed/closing. There was a shooting here that occurred in 2015 and ever since the attendance to this mall has declined. They do have a on the most part decent food court. The stores that are open are kept clean and are in good condition.
