I recently purchased a Ford truck from Watseka Ford. Sales Associate, Jake Ladd was very professional, helpful and courteous during our interactions. Watseka Fords business office expedited the paperwork and I was in and out in under an hour. Purchasing a new vehicle can often be a stressful experience but at Watseka Ford I enjoyed a zero pressure, accommodating purchasing experience. Many thanks to Jake, Anyssa and John B. I will be recommending Watseka Ford to my family and friends.

Watseka Ford offers a first class experience across the board! My family continues to use Watseka Ford exclusively and we have been out of the area for the last 9 years! The staff at Watseka Ford are great!
R.D., my service representative, always greets me with a smile and makes sure my car is in tip top shape, along with a wash before I leave their facility. I enjoy receiving a reminder to bring my Lincoln MKZ in for service.
David Alvarez at the Gilman/Watseka Ford dealership is the best salesman ever. David has sold us two great used vehicles over the years. It's a great place to do business.

Straight forward info about cost and time when my van's rear AC compressor was leakinggave us a couple options and had quick turnaround (plus a loaner vehicle) while the work was being done.

I had an extremely good experience at WatsekaFord Lincoln in Watseka Illinois. My sales person was extremely personable and I almost feel bad for beating up on him so bad with my negotiating skills!

I searched for two months online for the car of my dreams and decided bright and early one Monday morning that this was the day to pick one. I called Watseka Ford and told them I wanted to make an appointment with a female sales person and they turned me over to Kendall. I am just days away from turning 70 and she is young enough to be my granddaughter, but I left there feeling I found the perfect car and a new good friend. Everyone, from the receptionist to the service dept., is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I tell all here to drive the 50+ miles if they want to buy an awesome car at the best price! LOVE MY CAR!
