  We highly recommend James Kate Construction. Our rep Bryan was exceptional. From day one he was up front about everything. Educated us on what we needed to do to get our roof replaced. Was available basically 24/7 for whatever crazy questions we had and worked with us on the financial side as well. When they came out to replace the roof, we got texts days in advance when they'd be coming instead of just showing up like some contractors do. The crews that came out were very professional and polite. They made sure nothing would get broke, moved what needed to be moved, covered the rose bushes etc. Nothing got damaged except the old roof :) If you need a roof replaced this is the construction company to use. Again, an absolutely wonderful experience due to everyone being professional, courteous and polite through out the whole process. A+++++

  Our son needed a roof on his home and was referred to James Kate Roofing by our Farmers agent. I too work in the Insurance business and know the importance of a good referral. I knew if Jodi was recommending this roofing company to our son, then this is a reputable company. Our son was pleased with his roof replacement so we had their project manager Stephen Hyles come to our home for an inspection. Sure enough we needed a full roof replacement. Stephen was exceptional, explaining the process from start to finish and was always available when needed. The crew did an excellent job, completing the project on schedule and left NO MESS. I will be sure to refer James Kate Roofing & Painting to my colleagues!

  It has been great working with Dustin. Very knowledgeable and patient even when dealing with the insurance company and their delays. I would definitely use this company again for my future Roofing needs and recommend to my family and friends. I used Dustin with James Kate roofing after I saw the work his company did on my brother's house. His company is not a fly by the night company, they are strictly professional with high integrity. You may find other roofers that are cheaper but do not provide the same high quality work. I truly believe that Dustin cares about his customers and his employees.

  Dustin was fantastic throughout the entire processhe communicated with my insurance company’s adjuster, he was fast to respond to the insurance company’s requests for photos of damage to my roof, and then he met with the insurance company’s contractor at my house to walk the roof and help show him the hail damage. He always quickly returned phone calls and texts when I had questions or concerns. He took time out of his busy schedule and also rearranged his schedule when possible to help me get the new roof put on before my closing date. The new roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend James Kate Roofing and will use them again if I need a new roof in the future.

  From the moment I called Dustin with James Kate Roofing he was professional and very responsive for my roofing needs. He explained every detail of the process and helped work with my insurance to get the job done in a very quick manner. The process was easy and stress free due to the help and assistance from Dustin. If I (or anyone I know) ever need another roof I would only recommend James Kate Roofing! Dustin is fabulous!
