The flow trails at DTE are more my favorite mountain bike trails in the area. So much fun!

Clean park with very nice views of the surrounding area. There wasn't a bit of litter or debris to be found and the grass and foliage were well maintained. Ample room to enjoy activities and seating to relax in. This park is a wonderful place for family gatherings or just communing with nature and relaxing for a bit. The trails are excellently maintained and a pleasure to explore!

We stayed at the rustic cabins.
    And had a good time.
The only problem was the mattress were . well rustic with the density of plywood.

The trail maps need to be redone. You'll come to a fork in the road and only two of the paths are marked. The one you came from and one other. Actually got lost following their trail markers. Nice area, great for a day hike.

Love visiting the Waterloo area. Always a fresh place to visit and revamp in the woods. Decent area and trails to start training for larger treks. I've been using the Waterloo-Pickney trails for several years to do so.

Beautiful park and camp ground. They have a beach to go swimming. There is no life guard at the beach. They also have a 18 hole disc golf course. It's very well maintained too no tall grass.

There is a small fee for the whole year. That being said, this park is huge! It is very rustic and offers a lot of outdoor adventures all year round. There is seasonal hunting as well.

The sunset was so nice, and the weather cooperated (especially for Thanksgiving week). Paths were well marked. A great place to walk off too much turkey.

Very nice trails that vary in length from 1-5 miles. Nice forest trails that are easily walked. Also very nice lakes and quiet environment. The discovery center includes a small but very nice exhibit including plants, animals and geology.

This park is beautiful and extensive! The Discovery Center is excellent; I encourage you to stop by, whether it's just you or you're bringing the kids along. There are things for all ages. There are many trails, picnic areas, boat launches, and other activities available in this natural area.
