Seriously GROSS!! Rude front desk staff at check in, filthy room, hair all over the tub, blankets stuffed into cabinets, blood on the sheets, the indoor pool area had hair and dead bugs laying all around the walk ways and the hot tub water was filthy. Breakfast was a few bagels and cereal. I have lots of photos I'll be showing everyone I know who is visiting south bend. We did get a refund after showing the manager but people should still be warned.

The hotel was up to standards, nothing really over the top on this stay. There is no ice machines on the second floor, no elevators, and the towels are small and not comfortable. But for what I paid, I wasn't expecting much anyways.

GREAT value for the money. The staff is knowledgeable about the area and will offer the info to give you the best experience. The water is hot, the room is cool AND CLEAN. The bed is comfoetable. Indoor pool. Breakfast from 6 am - 9 am.

When we arrived we found the lobby was flooded from rain..no ac and fans everywhere.. smelled like a gym locker. Front desk person said it would be cleaned up by game day..several weeks away! I only care about my next 4 days. The room ac is poor..main unit is in hallway. Only auxiliary unit in room, very weird. No hot breakfast weekdays only weekends.. never again.

Stopped here for a night to visit family. The rooms were larger than we expected, and were very clean. We searched carefully for signs of bed bugs (they freak us out), and everything was perfectly clean. The front desk staff was very prompt and friendly as well. The only issue we had is the water temperature fluctuated while we showered, but it was minor.

They also allow dogs, but we found no dog hair/cat hair anywhere. We would definitely stay here again.
