Good hotel!! But there was so much chlorine in pool that when the kids sat on bed it left a stain on sheet and they charged me 50$ for sheets after I left! Probably won't go back again! When the stain was only in one spot

Not bad. Just some things need addressed. Only bottom outlets work in the rooms. Confirmed with two other Co workers having same problem in their own rooms. One outlet bad on power strip behind tv. So not everything would work, had to plug microwave in under desk. They replaced the fridge cause it appeared to be broken but it was on the bad pluggin. Internet, it is not very good. It'll play YouTube most of the time just fine but not much more like Netflix. If you have a ps4 or Xbox just forget about playing online. It's not gonna be pleasant. That's with barely anyone else on the wifi. There's also no LAN connection other than that, clean "really nasty air filter on a/c though", friendly staff, location is nice.

Anyone who bad mouths this place is either a fool out a real snob. It's not brand new, been around for a while, so she has some wear. Don't we all. Great rooms, beds that are not ungodly poofy and soft- pillow top but great support, nice enough TVs that are HD AND have HBO, good hot water, smoking fast 5 GHz wireless, decent coffee in the room, pool open until midnight, check out at noon, decent breakfast (had a little issue, talked to the counter and BANG, all problems solved in moments), there is nothing but positive around here. The prices are very fair, the service is great, my family has enjoyed coming here many times.

Check in said 3pm. Arrived at 4:10pm. room not ready. Staff was pleasant but not educated about their own policy's and procedures listed on their own website. Room was great though.
