I've been staying here on business for a week. Day one I got very sick and had to stay put here at the hotel in my room. It's not fun to be away from home while very sick. The staff here has been exceptional in accommodating me and checking on my needs. Linda the breakfeast waitress, and Brandy and Raul in housekeeping stand out as going over and beyond in kindness. Clean and comfortable accommodations. Thank you all!

Nice place to stay but don't eat there food trust me I worked in that kitchen raw food dripping on cooked food they pay off the health department just please don't eat that poison.

The location is close to the high way and easy to access. The rooms are fairly standard within the price point but the bed are comfortable and the pillows don't disintegrate immediately upon laying on them which is nice. The water pressure is good and the water is hot. Didn't really utilize any services while I stayed but the front desk staff were friendly and expedient.

I've enjoyed my stay so far. The rooms are a bit smaller than the usual Hilton rooms, but it is Elkhart. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is delicious. My only issue, our room had an ant problem. I told the front desk associate, and she offered to switch is rooms. Accommodating, and friendly.

Some friends and I were staying here for a Wedding. A couple of us had to add one more night to our stay when we were supposed too check out and they made it very easy to do so. Overall, the staff was always helpful and personable. Even at 3am, the night shift at the front desk was ready to help and easy to talk to. Not as expensive as some other Hilton related hotels and not quite as fancy, but still just as comfortable.

The experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Elkhart was phenomenal. From check in to check out to dining in the in house restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Down to relaxing in the hotel's pool and watching a movie in the guest room this hotel has just about everything you need to get away for a day or two. The guest service was great, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Spent two nights in this hotel. The room was very spacious with a microwave and small refrigerator. The king bed was very comfortable. The furnishings looked reasonably new and we're well taken care of. The bathroom was large as well. The one drawback is the lack of complimentary breakfast. You can purchase breakfast in the restaurant area. But that's standard for this hotel brand Just a word of caution if you expect free food.

Cleaning the snow off vehicles in the morning!!!! Never seen it before. Awesome surprise. Wow the customer. Everyone was pleasant. Good food and good service. Will return.

Another Hilton garden inn. They are all pretty much the same, this one had wider halls which made it feel a little fancier. They had the 32 inch old LCD TV which I'm not a fan of and my AC unit was broken. Called the front desk, they were quick to come and switch me to a little bit of an upgraded room and handled it in a great way.
