I would rate this insurance company as the worst in history. Their insured hit my classic Corvette on July first. It took them over a month to even look at the car. They proceeded to fight with the body shop about the necessary repairs. My previously perfect show car is not the same, the paint doesn't match as it should and they refuse to even talk about it. Law suit coming.

Useless coverage, totally miss represented when purchased. Stranded in Wyoming and they say they don't cover our utility trailer carrying our 4-wheels. Beware folks they are a joke. Purchased for roadside service and still sitting on the side of the road.

I've been to this office twice, the first time was great, I was helped by friendly staff who helped me transfer my membership to Colorado. Upon my second trip, I decided to use the travel agent aspect of AAA. I was once again, greeted by a friendly face; however, the travel agent I met with was unfriendly as well as unhelpful. She treated me like a child and did not have her information correct. When my husband corrected her ill advise, she became even more cold and told us to just do all of our booking online. I've never used a travel agent before, but I'm pretty sure this is not what is suppose to occur.

I did however get a flat and called it in, and they forgot about me. But things happen.

I had the best experience with Mark Izzi. He helped me with several items and took care of them all. I know he is in Denver but certainly wish he was in the Fort Collins office. I would refer all my clients to him. He's the best.

I was welcomed readily and had my issue addressed quickly and thoughtfully. One issue with the exchange rate for Euros could not be fully solved and they kindly helped research where I could go. What a wonderful resource! They cared about the solution to the problem. I'll be back for more help with travel plans!

I just got my auto insurance renewal notice, and premiums went up 10%. No claims, no accidents, no driving violations. Never once. I have AAA for roadside, auto, and homeowners insurance. This is how they reward loyalty?
