This is probably the best shoe store (customer service wise) I've ever been a customer of. The two gentlemen that assisted me (one being the owner) were greatly knowledgeable, including down to the minutest detail; even about things I thought may be unimportant but turned out otherwise. The feeling is that of doing business in a shop in a Jimmy Stewart movie -- something out of the 1950s. The people try to find what you want and desire and then give you every bit of information you need to help you fulfill that. If they don't have it, they recommend elsewhere. Very family-friendly; very professional. Will definitely shop there again.
