We have had our RO system for 15 years. We needed to replace the faucet. Our repairman was Chris who has exceptional customer service skills. He was professional, personalable, and very nice. If we ever need repairs done again, I will be requesting Chris. He is wonderful.

This company has wonderful customer service! They helped us correspond with their outsourced finance company (not my favorite people) to get our water softener and reverse osmosis system transferred to our new home. Nayely advocated for us and navigated between the service team, finance company and various managers in order to make our move happen! Her, as well as other receptionist's hard work did NOT go unnoticed! Gary and Brent on the service team also made the transfer easy and effortless. We truly couldn't have done it without this caring team of individuals! This company delivers an efficient product along with exceptional support services. Thank you guys!
Gary and Brent delivered exceptional service. I appreciate the fast and courteous repair and filter replacement. Knowing how my systems work is so important and these guys made it easy to understand. Thanks again!
I've had an Ecowater system for over 10 years and don't know what I would do if I had to go back to hard water prob move out ha! Had to have a repair on the system and Brent S. Was the best tech I've ever had do a repair. He showed me what exactly happened and told me what each part of the system did. I would recommend them to anyone!
After going back and forth with my husband about whether or not we wanted to invest in an Ecowater System, we decided against it. When I called to let the Ecowater office in Wichita know, they hung up on me before I was finished with the phone call. Now I know I made the right decision.
I purchased the water softener and reverse osmosis system and they work great! I couldn't imagine going back to drinking tap water again( at least in Wichita) but I'm moving out of state and the water where I moving doesn't require a water softener. So I called to try and sell it back but they don't offer a buy back option. 4 stars because it's a phenomenal product but it would be nice if they offered some option to buy it back.
Over priced for stuff I can get in stores joke of a company just like there money hungry owners and have no customer service experience what so ever all they care about is money
My business partner and I were originally interested in purchasing a water filtration system for our business. Moore Water Treatment, Inc. recommended a softener + reverse osmosis system. It was priced at $6900 for the entire system and Moore Water stated that it would handle my needs of a minimum of 35 gallons per day with some room for growth. The system ended up providing only 3 gallons of RO water per day.
Moore Water responded by recommending a larger system at a cost of $8500 that would provide a minimum of 500 gallons of RO water per day and have a storage capacity of 80 gallons. Installation took 11 days longer than promised; and, once installed, it developed mechanical failures. A day after installation, the new system began leaking overnight and flooded our floors. We tested the tank's holding capacity and found that it held less than half of the promised amount.
When Moore Water could not explain why the tank could not retain the promised 80 gallon capacity and recommended adding another $700 tank, we decided to do some research on our own. We determinded that the tank installed by Moore Water was not recommended for our application; and, when questions about this, Moore Water admitted they did not have experience with a commercial RO filtration system.
We rightfully concluded that we should cancel the contracts and seek a qualified installer who could meet our needs. When we asked to cancel and return the equipment, Moore Water advised that we were legally bound by the contracts and obligated to live up to the agreements. We reviewed the contracts and determined we were only contractually bound for the water softener at a cost of $3,895. Based on the problems, we asked Moore Water to take the entire system back. Moore Water refused but agreed that we could return the RO system if we would pay for the $3,895 water softener. The next day, we found that the water softener was recharging more frequently than advertised resulting in an inordinate amount of water being wasted and draining on to our yard. We advised them of the problem and asked Moore Water to cancel the entire contract(s) and remove their equipment but they refused.
If you are considering doing business with this company, I would highly recommend that you do your research and look at the many other negative reviews.
We purchased our Eco water softener & reverse osmosis system about 7 years ago. We love the great tasting drinking water as well as the softened water. We would not want to go back to hard water. Thanks Eco water!
I have had my Ecowater system for a few months. So far I love it. Had some issues with the installation, but they were cleared up quickly once I brought them to the attention of the Office. I love the free cleaning products that come with the system as well!
We had Ecowater for our entire house for over 4 years now and we really love it. We also got the reverse osmosis and the water tastes great. We all got water bottle and every time we leave the house we fill them up. My kids love the taste more than the store bought water. I really don't see the different but I do notice our bath tub. We usually do major clean of the tub every 2 weeks but now once a year.
Even though it is pricey at initial start but I believed it has paid for itself since the time we had it. Recently, I helped my brother bought and install another system from Sear. It is significantly cheaper than Ecowater system but the taste and quality is not the same. The Ecowater I feel is so much better.
We have had our water treatment system from Ecowater for just over 3 years. I cannot imagine drinking straight tap water.again. It is better than bottled water. The salesperson and installer were top notch.
