I dropped off a ring right after Christmas that was a size 7 & I needed it down to a 4.5. They did in a week! I was shocked by the fast service & my ring looked perfect & fits perfectly. I will recommend you guys to all my friends & family who need jewelry services in the future.

I will say that the repairs on my jewelry seemed to take a lot longer then expected. With that being said, when I picked up the three rings that I left to be apprised and one foxes they looked better then when they were purchased. The shine was absolutely amazing and I have never seen them shine like that. Everyone was extremely helpful and the end result was we’ll worth the wait. I definitely will be coming back.

Yesterday, I picked up my engagement/wedding band which I had them create from a picture I found online and I am absolutely speechless. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. It matches the picture with a few added touches perfectly! Marc Bughman - You were amazing from start to finish! Your knowledge, sense of style, professionalism, ideas and service will have me coming back for years to come. I can say I have a jeweler I trust with ease and now a ring that I can treasure for the rest of my life.

The owner of this place is such a scam artist. I brought my antique platinum and 7 diamond wedding ban in to be appraised. $2500 he tells me. I call him and ask him about it since he replaced 2 stones for a $1000 the price seemed off. He said he made a mistake and it should be 3500 and gave me a new appraisal. I took it somewhere else and it was appraised for $6000

Extremely poor customer experience. Called Friday for an appraisal and was given an appointment on Monday. Go in Monday to be told no one is there. Was assured I would be called if there was an issue. Be taking my business to a store who values providing good customer experience and follows up like they say they will. If I could give 0 stars I would as they had no care the impact this had on me.

After married for thirteen years, both of my wedding band and engagement ring became tight. I took the rings to Warwick and they did a beautiful job expanding both rings. I recently took the ring in for some repairs, they not only fixed the crown on the engagement ring, but also cleaned it. The ring looks like brand new. The best part is they did it without charging me a penny! Great service.
