I don't usually write reviews, but had to make sure this was here so people knew just how responsive Michele is to her customers and what amazing work she does, but we didn't get off to the best start.
I placed an order to have flowers delivered to a dear, dear friend (a second mom, really) to cheer her up and brighten her spirits before a big surgery a few days out. The arrangement was to be delivered on a Sat, b/c my "mom" had a big surgery on Monday morning. When I checked on Sat night with my "mom", no flowers had been delivered. I was really mad and I flipped!!!; I left a very rude message on the store's vm and emailed their customer inquiry account on a Sat night at 10:00pm. They are closed on Sunday, so I figured I was SOL for getting flowers to my "mom" before her Monday morning surgery but wanted them to know how upset I was.
But Sunday morning I saw a call from Newtown Square on my phone and couldn't think who it could be (I live in Central NJ or I would have driven down there to see what happened. My second mom lives in NS, which is why I chose a local florist). It was Michele on the phone and she apologized profusely for the delivery person's error, made a new arrangement, made it at the more expensive rate (bigger and more beautiful) and discounted me the delivery charge for the mistake. I hadn't used this florist before (this was my first time) but Michele Flower and Cake Studio will definitely be my "go to" florist from now on!! Thanks so much Michele! The arrangement was delivered as promised despite relatively short notice and the Thanksgiving holiday. It was not only beautiful but it included a wide range of floral elements. My friend who received this arrangement said she will order from Accents by Michele in the future!

Flowers arrangements and cake were a hit at the party! The cake was delicious. The arrangement design and the flower selection were unique. I received lots of complements from our guests Great service, perfect follow up and delivery.

What a great shop to work with!! Spoke with Michele the owner , who is delightful by the way, and requested a few arrangements for a family event on a Sun. I felt the pricing was fair and the flowers were beautiful. She delivered them to the restaurant the day of (to ensure freshness and handling ). Everyone complimented how beautiful they were and I would highly recommend using her. In fact, she will be my family's florist from now on. Thank you!!

Michele provided the most beautiful flower arrangements for our wedding. She made a bouquet for my wife and made other arrangements for the bridal and groom parties. She created unique centerpieces for all our tables with some of them involving arrangements with pumpkins and other natural elements since we had an October wedding. She and her staff came in early and set up all the arrangements before the events started. She has a pleasant personality and was affordable. A great choice if you are in need of a florist for your wedding.

Gorgeous!!!!
That is the only word to describe my birthday bouquet. What a wonderful surprise.
My husband finally got it right and bought me flowers from Accents by Michele.
Everything that Michele has designed for me, whether its been cemetery pieces to prom bouquets, have always been beautiful. I have never been let down.
I highly recommend Accents by Michele to all my friends.

Accents by Michele provided stunning floral arrangements for my wedding and our family continues to get holiday arrangements from Michele's shop throughout the year. The flowers are always fresh and hold up nicely and Michele's artistry is second to none. I, personally, wouldn't use any other florist in this part of Pennsylvania!
