My experience with Longo's Auto Sales was great. I recently purchased a 2008 Mazda 3, through one of their ads on Craigslist. The transaction was made over the phone, quickly and hassle-free. I live in Delaware and they have also been very kind to deliver it to me at no extra cost. The car worked great and looked way better than in the pictures, sporty and shiny, quite a show-stopper. With a tune-up and few fixes at the Mazda shop, now, my teenage son and I are driving an excellent car that runs and looks like new. We absolutely love it. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy an used vehicle. They have reasonable prices and very helpful staff.

Very disrespectful dont know how to talk to people and actually tried to talk to me like I was a child at 53 I believe there is a low tolerance for black consumers! Sight unseen gave me a quote on a trade in disrespecting me because the car has no lights on dash 180k mile a 2006 Ford clean power everything yet sight un seen he offered up 1000$ came In he sammy car and because of a slight crack in windshield he resended the offer after I accepted the deal 2k cash and my car for a Jaguar. The next day I return to do the deal and he calls me when he saw me in the lot first thing he said was did you bring money not good morning Mr Jackson very disrespectful I hung up and drove off lot. Bad for busuness. Been dealing with the longos from Camden for 15 years will not pull into another lot of theirs ever again in life

Jim was the best. He worked with me & was very patient throughout the whole process. Very kind man & got me in the car I wanted. I would definitely refer my family & friends to go see him.

im excited i paid off my first car!!! As you can see the reviews are not in favor of this place. I will say the service is second to none, smoking while around potential buyers, very little to no effort in marketing the car and potential problems and not lenient with pricing. Needless to say when I got the car it ran like a champ and the radio even worked and the AC was working. I decided to finance the car because i was in need and didnt know to much about dealerships. So after i sign it seemed like all the magic about the car was left on the lot. Grant it if i wanted to be stranded i would purchase a vehicle from a stranger and at that i might have had a longer lasting vehicle. Long story short if you want to be able to drive your vehicle by the time you finish paying it off this is not the place to Go. I had a number of things Go on the Car including the engine and was able to get one major thing fixed cost free because i was under warranty within in 30 days lol. Im a patient Guy and The car I purchased left me stranded a many of times. So you be the one to decide because every car and dealership experience is different.

I bought a car and had issues right then. After arguing back and forth about my rights we fix it but I pay 50% of repairs. Now I need to ship the car over seas i asked the info is needed in the bill of sale and the person in Charge of sales was so disrespectful yelling at me that he won't cooperate with me. As a customer i deserve respect all i needed was what is requested by the law in order to ship a car. I can't believe that the owner hire someone like him to take care of customers. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

I got two cars there.. Wait sorry.. Was getting my girl a van It was over heating Quick fix u would think.. Right? Wrong. The mechanic the sales person Bob Told us to take it.. Told the transmission was having problems.. But he wasn't a 100% sure.. Cause the light went off in the dash.. Mechanic told me to drive.. The other issuses.. Was fix.. If the transmission light comes bring it back Well u all know what happened.. The salesman is a scuz he tried hitting on my girl.. But acting like we was cool But he was trying.. Anyway.. We decided to try our luck again. Granted the SUV was a older model a Ford ..but we put more money fixing Plus we gave them money.. But couldn't find all the receipts. So they repo it.. Crazy I guess like all use buy here pay here Scammers

Terrible experience with longos and sons..they seem like there all for you and then soon as the problems start thats when you see the terrible car salesman Rob is. They sold my husband and I a 2006 ford explorer not even 2 weeks later it needed a starter. Of course rob the salesman at the front desk will try to give up every excuse as to why there is something wrong with the car. And to make matters worse we had to give the car back because of some lame excuse as far as the title and vin number were concerned. And i still have to deal with him because they owe my husband and I $120 for a battery we put in the car and instead of just giving us the money he doesn't want to so now legal actions have to be done. If you want a reliable car please DO NOT GO HERE. I guarantee u will have some problem with it and have to deal with his lying was.

I bought a truck from them and it had a tap noise within the week of purchas both places they sent me to get it looked at said the engine would need to be replaced the owner would never talk to me or come to an option it went back and forth to shops for weeks then he asked me to pay half the labor when i literally just bought it horrible people to deal with and then registered another vehicle on theyre lot for a loaner in my name which i never signed for and the truck still isnt repaired you will be hearing from lawyer.

I bought a 98 Ford Windstar 2 months ago from Longo's. I'm a single mom of 3 young children and was on a budget. The owner seemed to be very straightforward and fair. It came with a pretty good warranty and I also got my plates through him. The car is in great condition and it's really been life changing for us to be able to get around comfortably. Before, the kids were always bickering in the backseat because they were so crammed together. Now my daughters have one whole row for them & their car seats, and my son has the whole back row to himself. They're so happy to have their own cup holders right next to them it's the simple things in life.
Anyway, I would definitely recommend Longo's if you you're looking for a used car at a fair price.response / report this review -

I brought a 2003 Ford mustang last year and all I had was issues with my car. In 2 months my rack and pinion broke. 4 months later my inner ti-rods went and my front brakes. Now as of, 6 months later my transmission went. I'm fiancing this car for $11,000 and I still owe $5,000 and my car doesn't run. Do not buy cars from this auto sales shop.
