Bought a used truck from here. I bought it "AS IS" and due to extenuating circumstances the dealership is working with me to correct the issue. That to me says these guys are in business to stay in business and I have to give them props for that. They are actively proving they want repeat customers.
In a world of shady used car dealers, this response gives you peace of mind when shopping here for a used vehicle.

UPDATE: Issue was fixed in a reasonable amount of time and was given a vehicle to work with. I was able to continue making a living. These guys really care about their customers and reputation.
P.s. my issue was not "nuts and bolts." It wasn't brakes, belts, ball joints or anything else you should expect from a used vehicle.
NO ONE has a crystal ball. An issue showed its ugly face within a couple days and these guys made sure I was taken care of. Above and beyond. Thanks guys.
I see some people talking trash about minor issues. With ANY used dealer these things happen. You NEED TO SPEAK WITH THE DEALER and be rational.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a used car and it seemed great. 2 weeks later completely broke down and they basically said kick rocks over the phone. Completely took advantage of my mom and I. SAVE YOURSELF DONT SHOP HERE

My boyfriend and I have purchased two vehicles from Anthony at United Auto Land and have been extremely happy with way they have conducted business with us. Went in to check out a car that was posted online yesterday and the service man Mike who works in the cars was extremely nice and gave sound advice on the car we were looking at.

Very trusting and down to earth. He helped us through the codes on the car we were looking at and we decided to get the car there next day after going other places that didn't have good running cars at all.

We were in and out of there with the car in less than 30 minutes.

Great service and the car so far is awesome for my son.

The guy Steve is real helpful. I feel like I always ask too many questions most people get agitated but he was helpful through all of them. I got a nice used ford focus with low miles and for a great price. Car runs great. Ive had no problems with them or the car.

I was very pleased with the Professional Service I received today. The gentlemen that waited on me was Anthony and I forgot the other gentleman's name however he knows Who I am talking about. Anthony was very honest with informing me about the vehicle I purchased which was the 2002 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I love the way it drives and it's exactly what I wanted. This is a place that I would recommend to everyone that is looking for a car at a reasonable price and know if there is any issues with it they will take car of it right on the spot as they did for me which was a minor issue with the Battery. Anyway I love it and I am very happy with it. Please Check them out you'll be glad you did.

I just bought two vehicles here, in good condition. Both have a few issues but they are taking care of it for me. Had to wait for a quick part for one vehicle and the owner even paid for my dinner while i waited. Not too often you get customer service like that. Friendly, helpful and fair.

If I could post without a star, that would be more accurate. First my daughter and I waited about 20 minutes before I realized no one was coming out side to see if we needed help. So finally I decide to go inside, to see two grown men sitting on their asses waiting for me to walk to them. Never did they get up when they heard the door open. They looked dumbfounded like what am I doing there? Finally I ask to see a car. my We wait outside for the man. He brings me the keys, CORRECTION. He comes out and stands at the top of the steps holding out the keys for me to come and walk back and grab them. Needless to say, I give him back the keys & say a few choice words and left. Obviously these men know nothing about business, selling cars or how to be a salesman. The guy says to me "I brought you the keys." Like he was helping me! The funny thing is all the bad reviews were dead on correct! the place looks like a dive, the cars are dirty and beat up. I didn't need a car that desperate so we left and went down the street not even a block away to go to Jojos auto. Amazing how when I asked to see a car, The salesman guy comes out with the keys and walks near over to the car. This lot is where cars go today

The worst experience in my life.I went to see a car by uber for 19miles away my home.usually it takes 35 minutes ride but that day it takes almost 1 hour 50 minutes due to traffic.The guys behavior is so rough.Name Steve is a such disrespectful person I have ever meet.I was talking about almost 30 minutes but no body asked me or offer a chair to sit.While I m talking with Steve,his feet were on the table with dirty sneakers all time.Accidentally my wife and my 6 years old daughter with me then.Cars are garbage like Cadillac cts blue,Mazda tribute black ,acura,Mitsubishi galant red.Don't waste your time.

I would never ever allow my family or friends to buy something there..we regret buying our SUV there..they don't care about the customers, all want is the money. When we got there no one came out to talk to us. In order to look at the car had to go inside.. They sold us a junk car..already had put in a new battery because one they gave us was small for a SUV..had to replace the alternator. And we're still fixing Serious issue was how handled everythingthey basically owed us like 50 centsits not much but its the principle, they didn't give us it.. Our plates didn't come in for over 2 weeks.. We called guy goes oh they're at the DMV still we will have tomorrow. Two days later we call back and still didn't have, we were annoyed. Finally following week we call to ask if there. Guy goes yeah and hangs up. We called back to see when closed and if can come real quick. Said close at 6 and again hung up. We finally go pick it up and once again was rude. There was no "how is the truck doing?" No "was there any issues?*, or even "do you need help putting plates back on?. They just don't care. NEVRR GOING BACK!!!

I've bought 2 cars here, the first I got over 5 years and a lot of hard miles out of. The second was for a family member four years ago, and it's still running like a bear. Took another family member there in the fall, and that car is running great. That's 3 cars without a problem. Another family member is looking to buy and this is the first place I'm taking them. This is a used car dealer, folks, and that can be a crap shoot. I got a great car from a lot in Philly, shortly after my brother got a junkheap there. But after 3 good cars, this is my first stop - and I doubt I'll need to look further.
