Worth the trip. Great woodwork, craftsmanship from a genius. He also made blades and now there is a knife company. Made in the U.S.A. The wife collected and artfully displayed buttons which was also beautiful. Parking on the grounds. Around $10-15 per person admission for all day.

I love going to the Christmas tree festival every year. I was so disappointed this year. There were some nice trees but every year , there a tree that just sais Wow !! This year there wasn't one

If you have not visited you must. I have been to Paris Louvre, and I find this little museum more fascinating ( just to put it in a perspective). This is a little known gem.

This is a place with touring, to see amazing carvings of a talented man who "saw it in the wood." A must-see for the fine woodworker. 👍

This was our second time going thru this museum. Very impressive Moony had a great talent. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and friendly. After tour you are given the opportunity to go back throughout the museum and take pictures.❤🚂

Phenomenal wood and ivory carving by Mr Warther, a genius! His train models made by hand are out of this world. The black and white documentary of Mr Warther's life was fascinating. Their gift shop has unique gifts and a knife shop that manufactures a world class knives.

Amazing place. A must see. Mr Warther was a genius. He was deemed the world's greatest carvery. And I fully agree. If you are anywhere near Dover Ohio even if your not go go go!!!

A surprising museum to a regular family man who accomplished astonishing works of art. To learn about all of the work he did is really incredible and inspiring. A very very interesting afternoon!!!

Such a wonderful place bring your family and check this out!! I can't possibly describe how cool it is but there are things in here that you will see nowhere else that have thousands of hours of delicate hand work put into them and are simply beautiful.

This museum doesn't only have amazing carvings & a great history, it also doubles as a wedding venue! My sister recently got married there & it was just beautiful! They have a wedding planner on site to help with all your needs. It's a great place for a wedding if you have around 50 guests. Please check it out!

Well worth a visit. Guided tours and worth every cent. Amazing story about the carver. The details in the carved pieces are hard to believe.

If there were more stars I'd add them. Absolute MUST if you visit the area. Fascinating story of the artist and his work is incredible. Could (and have) spent hours in this place. The gift shop and knives are equally as amazing. Take the family!
