This location is certainly a hidden diamond in the rough. Inside is a hybrid of a classic and contemporary feel. The staff is very friendly, informative, and helpful. The meeting room that was used was very sharp, with a TV included, aiding our multimedia presentation, and an overall clean facility. Definitely a location I'll visit again in the future.

My husband and I rented. A Hotel room he went around 1:15 to see if we could get our room.He come out to the car with keys in hand.We then went to a Amish flea market stopped T Stoney’s for dinner and then went to the hotel took our stuff in and went to our room.The air or heat or fan would not come on and we were told after looking thT there was no USB port we then decided to take our stuff and make the 3 hour drive home.The worker at the front desk couldn’t refund the money back to our prepaid visa because the guy that checked us in supposedly through the card away.The woman called Sarah Coffey which is the general manager Sarah had the clerk offer us an upgrade and we said no we were going to drive the 3 hours home.The desk clerk gave us Sarah’s card and told us to call her Monday that she would be in and was going to write a refund check and mail it to us.The clerk told us to call and make sure Sarah didn’t forget about it.i called Monday after I got my husband home from having surgery and Sarah said their would be know refund because the bed was a mess and they had pictures.we weren’t even in that room for15 minutes.we told them to check the security cameras and see when we went in and came back out.They could even verify the conversation we had with the clerk.As of right now we are out $104.00 I have contacted corporate and filed a complaint I’m really hoping we get this solved.This is outright robbery and needs corrected Please be aware of this hotel and how it works

Stayed a couple nights at this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. The entire place is spotless. Great pool and hot tub. Excellent hot breakfast that changes every morning. Beautiful location just off interstate 77, but still nice and quiet. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a nice place that's close to all the Amish attractions.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Amish country. Beautiful large rooms, full bathroom. Pool, hot tub, fitness centre, business area with computers. Breakfast room with different items every day. Would definitely stay here again. We were part of a bus trip from Southern Ontario.

Great room, great staff. My group invades this hotel and the neighboring hotel annually and the always are accommodating and great partners. Reasonably close to Canton and the Pro Football Hall of Fame as well as Amish attractions. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome hotel. Rooms were clean, beds we comfortable. nice pool and hot tub area. good continental breakfast, especially the waffles. Would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I am in this area.

Had a pleasant stay. Nice and clean. One issue if you needed a suggestion or a request the staff was unhelpful. Knew nothing in the area. When had a request it was never met. Constantly forgot even when pleasantly reminded multiple times.

After a weekend trip at this hotel, my children and MIL are very sick. There was a child that vomited on the pool ladder and outside of the indoor pool. The parent did not clean up the mess and let the girl stay. The front desk staff comes in and barely uses a towel to wipe it! There was no effort made to sanitize the area at all. All of which leads me to believe this is a reoccurring practice and not only is the pool and hot tub area a cesspool of germs, the rest of the hotel must be too. How does staff not know to properly clean an area that has very obviously been soiled?! I will never stay at Country Inn & Suits in Dover Ohio ever again, and I suggest you don't either.

One of the best jacuzzi suits I have seen. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Love all the amenities too. This was super close to Amish Country. Make sure to check out the local wineries too.

I travel very frequently and I use Marriott Everytime. But, due to no vacancy I checked into Country Inn and Suites in Dover, OH and
I must say I could not tell the difference it has a home feel with a touch of class. The staff is great and helpful. Clean rooms are a must to me and they are excellent.response / report this review -

This hotel is great, super kid friendly and close enough to all of the Amish County attractions with the convenience of being right off the highway. I cannot stress enough how friendly the staff has been. From check in to breakfast, to pizza recommendations, each person I encountered was so nice and helpful. The room was immaculate, the breakfast was great and the pool area was also very nice. Will definitely come back!
