  Saw they had a cheap Prius hybrid battery so I checked out the reviews and thought hey I'll just check the battery when I get there. Got there and the orange service plug was missing along with a couple other parts, so I made a dumb judgement call and bought it because I didn't want to drive over an hour back home to get the plug needed to test it. Got home it was late so I tested it the next morning, big surprise it failed. Called them up and was able to get some money off the purchase to make it less of a loss. I was ok with it at this point since I could use a bad battery to make a good one with spare parts I had. What caused me to write this bad review was that the yard said they would mail me the missing parts on the day I bought it. It's almost been a month and no parts have arrived. So to sum up not only was the battery incomplete but it was bad and they never fulfilled there promise to ship me the missing parts.
  
  IGNORE THESE REVIEWS AT YOUR OWN PERIL, THIS YARD WILL DO WHAT IT HAS TO MAKE A BUCK AT YOUR EXPENSE.
  
  I will change this review if the missing parts come in the mail but it's been over 3 weeks now.

  Been waiting 4 hours since I talked to some woman and they still haven't showed up to pick up my van..from now on I will go to someone else

  HORRIBLE! NEVER ANSWERS PHONE. WHEN THEY DO THEY SAY WILL CHECK ON PART AND CALL YOU BACK BUT NEVER DOES. TRIED 4 TIMES TO CALL BACK FOR $850 PART AND NO ONE WOULD GET TOGETHER WITH ME. WASTE OF TIME!

  DONT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. SEND OUT ENGINE AND FLAT OUT TELL YOU THE ENGINE RUNS GREAT AND NO ISSUES. GOT 2 ENGINE FOR THE SAME VEHICLE. FIRST ONE WAS NOT EVEN AN EXCHANGE ENGINE WOULD NOT EVEN START DUE TO THE FACT WRONG YEAR AND CAM RELUCTOR IS DIFFERENT AND NON CHANGEABLE. WOULD NOT START. THE SECOND ENGINE STARTED AND MISFIRED. HAD TO DO ENGINE LEAK DOWN AND ONE CYLINDER HAD NO COMPRESSION. THESE GUYS ARE A WASTE OF ANYONES TIME AS THEY WILL LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH TO GET A SALE.
