We stayed there last weekend. Our site was 95 and is a good size. Very enjoyable couple run the campground. The pizza was great, shower and bath house were clean. This is our second time and we will definately be back!
Very friendly, small place but very nicely set up! Family run and seem to be around to assist if needed! Great experience!
Everything is clean and convenient. Staff are helpful and friendly. Close to interstate so not quiet, but not too loud either. I would have stayed longer had I known how nice this place was.
We've stayed a a number of campgrounds on our recent trip. This one would be rated as one of the best. Nice staff, beautiful surroundings, and lots of space. Campsites are a little tight, but very workable.
First off, the resort is now an Outdoor Adventures. Some of the staff were rude and totally unhelpful. However other staff were great and friendly. The resort is undergoing constant improvements. There is no outdoor pool but the indoor pool is heated and big. There are several activities to keep the kids occupied. The lake is nice too
Very nice campground. Always looks forward to staying there.
My wife and I stayed at this KOA for 1 night. It is located just off the highway (I-75) and easy to get to. The campground is well laid out, with many pull-thru sites. We were greeted by the friendly owners, who explained where everything was in the campground. The bathrooms were very clean and tidy. We were pulling a 30' 5th wheel trailer. I highly recommend this campground.
We have used this facility twice now returning from the south. Extremely helpful and friendly owner who take pride in their campground. Showers / Restrooms are kept clean with amble room to shower ( not like some others ). Try the pizza they offer.. it's great after a days drive!!! Only regret is they are closed when we are heading south. Highly recommended from this happy camper!!!! PS it's easy on /off access from I-75.
Excellent KOA, extremely quiet, neat and clean in all respects. John and Kathy were most accommodating and some of the best hosts we have ever encountered at any campground. They made us feel as if we were part of their family. We hated to leave and hope to return to visit with them again.
The Wapakoneta KOA is absolutely lovely. It has a nice playground, is well manicured, beautifully clean, and the staff are very friendly.
To be honest, I prefer more rugged camping, and this felt like sleeping in a well-manicured city park. But if you're into that kind of thing, be sure to stop by!
