I purchased a vehicle there 26 July 2017. Everything went smooth until 40 days later I receive a phone call from there finance woman. Stating there was a $ 750.00 mistake against me. I asked why it took so long to contact me and they said they called a number which wasn't mine. Then finally got my number I used all along from my girlfriend. Then stated they had it on record. Then the icing on the cake is when the finance woman said quote well you didn't catch the mistake and it was a computer glitch. Final point I'm trying to resolve issue to no avail. And I wouldn't deal with Rick the sales man ever again even if my life depended on it. Never seen such unprofessional business in my life.Talked to one of the owners tonight and we civilly resolved the above situation. Which over all it was a misunderstanding on both sides. The final outcome is that he helped fix the problem I seen in this situation .

I Bought a vehicle from Rick. Even though I was probably the most difficult customer to deal with he was very patient with me and buying my first car! It took me over 2 weeks to make a decision along with a million questions and going back and forth and he didn't push me. He was very helpful and made sure that I understood everything I was getting. There were no surprises and it was an awesome experience that was not stressful at all. Rick is the only person I will deal with now. Even after buying my car he has answered questions and has been there even after the sale. Perfect customer service. A++++

I started 2 months ago searching for a new SUV. I have searched everywhere online from Michigan, Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. I have read reviews, watched you-tube videos on reviews, have listen to friends tell me what to get. I have changed my mind at least 10 times on what to get. I found my 2014 Dodge Journey at St. Marys Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
I was already pre approved from my bank. I went and looked at it. I thought I would have an anxiety attack having to deal with a pushy sale person. I was very wrong. Our salesman David Ring was EXCEPTIONAL!! He was very easy to talk to. Explained everything to me, putting up with all my questions. Rob Bechtel, who handled all the financial part was GREAT! He even got me a lower interest rate.
I will Definitely be back for future purchases!! Thank you guys for all your help!!

The gentleman who helped me a few weeks ago was nothing short of spectacular. His name was Tyler. I called to let him know the situation of my, at the time, current vehicle and explained to him how soon I needed a new car and the price range I was looking at. In less than 5 minutes, he calls me back with a list of cars that would've all worked out. 2 days later, I'm driving my car off the lot. Absolutely impressed with the overall buying experience. Thank you for turning my bad day into an amazing weekend in an amazing car.

I just finished driving 960 miles back home from this dealership with my new 2016 Ram Power Wagon, and I couldn't be happier! I dealt with Dave Ring and had the absolute BEST dealership experience I have ever had. Found the truck online and filled out the form. Dave got back to me very promptly and provided me with constant updates. The valued my trade and we made a deal. After driving out to St. Mary's from Maine, I showed up at the dealership and was back on the road home in about an hour. Fantastic service! Thank you!

I traveled from Lima to buy a car from St. Mary's Chrysler. The sales rep. bragged about their customer service and suggested that is why they do not negotiate prices much. Anyway, initial customer service was great. However, since I was using a local credit union from Lima, I found myself waiting and waiting for a phone call to get a final price. After I got the vehicle to Lima and drove it for a week, I realized the windshield wipers were crap. I replaced them and contacted them to see if they would reimburse me for ANY of the cost, which was roughly $40. I was told it was too late, all the papers were already signed! Am I petty? I was hoping for something-anything considering the vehicle was off their lot for about 10 days and they brag about their customer service. They told me to contact them next time and they would give me a code to get me a discount. I think they should check simple stuff like that before they put it on the lot. Perhaps I too should have checked. I searched for three weeks to find a car. There is not much that separates many of the dealerships I went to. Customer service would probably be the only difference, and St. Mary's Chrysler did not deliver. $10.00 reimbursement would have kept me from writing this review, especially since they talked up their customer service!

I highly recommend this dealership. Today I traveled four hours (2 hours each way) from Indianapolis, IN to purchase a 2015 Buick Enclave. It was well worth the trip. I worked directly with David Ring. During the first telephone conversation David asked the right questions and everything went smoothly throughout the transaction. He took videos of the Buick and emailed them to me. Their prices are competitive and they also negotiated a fair price for my Mercedes trade-in. The two owners of the dealership, Rob and Scott, also introduced themselves and very friendly. I traveled all the way from Michigan to purchase a Dodge Durango. This is an amazing dealership. Everybody was nice and friendly. Special thanks to Rob and Tyler for doing a great job on selling me and my family the perfect vehicle for a great price. They are not only great salesmen, but they are even better people. I totally understand why they have a 5 star rating. The only negative is that they are buckeye fans.
