I wanted to say thank you to Mitch Eilerman for putting up with me the past two weeks. I have bouncing between two Vibe units and finally decided on my unit and signed the deal today. Mitch was awesome answering all of my questions and never once made me feel like a bother. I am very impressed so far and hope that will continue once my new Vibe 323QBS comes in!!! Very friendly sales staff, our salesperson April was polite and helpful with every little thing. We weren't pressured into buying and we feel good about the purchase we made. They helped us and answered all of our questions, plus we got a good deal on a quality travel trailer. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a camper.

Amazing staff and service. Last year I purchased a Keystone Sprinter and the sales staff was awesome. This time after 20,000 miles I came back to get some minor issues fixed and the service department is amazing. The staff and I walked thru everything to ensure it would be done correct. Multiple issues from start with no solution and zero care from staff. Trailer was ordered in June and told 4-6 weeks for delivery. After that it was almost impossible to reach anyone with an update or receive a call back. Trailer finally arrives at the end of August and we decide we should take a look before pulling our trade in 3hours. We arrive and trailer is wrong and has come in with the wrong shape couch. Zero concern that it is wrong when we specifically ordered this for a reason. We stressed to the salesman multiple times the shape we wanted.

We are there all day long and the solution is for us to buy another trailer that is more expensive. When we ask to see number on the new trailer the woman explaining number is talking about hiding number from the bank but doesn't know exactly where the numbers are coming and going "because they kind of start to run together". Since we had a pre approval we asked of our credit would be run again and are told "no, they will use same credit with the new unit". Shortly after leaving I have a notification they there are 2 new inquiries on credit.

The next day we pull our trade in the three hours hoping that today would be better. When we arrive at the dealership we wait almost an hour past our "appointment time" to have our trade inspected. We asked multiple times if our trade value would be upheld as we had disclosed some issues. Suddenly our trade in value is 1/2 of the original. Zero care or concern that we might be upset by this. We are taken into a conference room to "talk" about what had been discussed with our original sales person. Apparently Bob the mechanic is the only person in this dealership who can do anything as he decided we were not going to get anywhere and shirt the deal down.

We were passed around to multiple people telling us different things, talked at instead of to, invested 12 hours drive time plus hours spent in the dealership and have no trailer and 4 credit inquiries to show for it. As well as a call into the owner that probably won't be returned.

Great experience!
This is the second RV we have purchased through RV Wholesalers and both experiences were great. No hassle or BS. The best pricing we could find anywhere without the used car salesmanship found at many dealers.

We purchased a Montana High Country 5th wheel from Mitch Eilerman! What a fantastic salesman and person! He was always available to answer questions, and never once got frustrated with all of my questions! RV Wholesalers provided excellent service from start to finish - which was on the expected delivery date. Their unbelievable excellence in service was from the ground up - from the time we filled out the online quote, to sales, to our walk through, to finance, they were all amazing! I have been a salesperson for over 20 years and never have I dealt with a group that holds customer service in such high regard as RV Wholesalers!

This experience was excellent. I have purchased 6 units from them over the last ten years. The first was while the owner was using his parents campground as his storage lot when the units came in. Now they have moved to a large area where they have 100s on top 100s of stock units. They have done incredible over the last decade. Good reason for it though. They have excellent personal working for them. This is a no frills operation. Get the very best price anywhere, prep it, ship it. Mitch, our salesman this time, was excellent helping add anything or answer any questions. I enjoyed working with him. We showed up on Monday morning May 1st, to smiling faces. Everybody was so helpful. Jason did our walk through, very helpful, addressing any small issues we had. Adjust a door , and we added a roof vent cover. Excellent service.
Love our new trailer. Thanks everyone for you help.

I recently purchased a new Toy Hauler From RV wholesalers. My experience with them was Fantastic. From the beginning to the end of the entire process was by far the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Mitch the salesman was great in helping me get the custom options for it and Kendra in Finance was great in helping me secure the loan and getting the payment that I wanted.
