WORST SERVICE EVER. Very rude.. Most horrible customer service. Rude manners. They fixed one problem only to give it back to my mom with multiple more problems and wouldn't investigate this new problems without charging more $$$. Go somewhere else.

How can I rate this shop lower? The absolute most abysmal customer service I have ever dealt with. TAKE YOR TRUCK ANYWHERE ELSE. After leaving my truck with them once over a weekend where THEY ARE CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS, not 24 hours as they advertise, they stated multiple times they would have my truck done on Friday. It's now Saturday morning, I call to see how the truck is getting on (since they have not managed to call me even once). And now the women answering the phone tells me I'm stranded here until Monday!!

By far the best truck and trailer shop I have ever been to! I'd give them a 8 out of 5stars if I could! They are extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, fast, more than accommodating to help me and they did amazing work on my trailer! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their rig. This shop is the best!!!

We were broke down on the side of the road out of state in RV with no oil pressure reading. Called Walters truck repair and they told us how to verify if we had oil pressure. Turned out to be a faulty gage. We were able to get the RV to their shop. Quick repair, fast, friendly service. Highly Recommend!

Great service, friendly people. They got my truck in overnight and replaced my radiator and had me rolling by morning just like they told me. They prepared a quote and the bill was actually cheaper than quoted. I would highly recommend Walters if you need service in the Lexington, Kentucky area.

Tried to get towed and a repair and spoke to a nice woman who transfered me to a guy who was both rude and hung up.
Rude and impolite over the phone. Maybe he was having a bad day.response / report this review
