Mike McGuiness is a lying POS I went into trade in my Mercedes-Benz C300 at the Wallace Volkswagen for a newer E-class. Salesman Mike McGuiness originally said that he would give me $3,500 for my 2009 Mercedes C-300. I told him I was walking because I had an offer from an authorized Mercedes dealership for $9,000. I also said that I'm not going to give up my car for $3,500 to have them to sell it for $12,000. He told me that if I showed him the Mercedes offer then he would give me the $9,000 and then some on the car. Upon looking at the contract, Mike only gave me $3,500 for my car and added the payoff onto my contract. This means that I'm paying $21,000 for a car that had a sticker price of $17,000 When I went back to get my car they had already sold it. Mike, and the whole Wallace Automotive Group is awful and unprofessional.

Great experience. I feel as though I got a very good deal o my 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen. I thought they gave me a great trade in value on my 2015 VW Golf. It was a pleasant no pressure deal. Jon was wonderful to deal with. Very happy with my new VW!

the gentle men are very personable and they made me fee as if i was thier only client then when people began coming inside the office they treated them the same waythe snacks are very good also and the coffe, great experience thank you !

Phillip, our salesman was awesome! He was a great listener and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. He went above and beyond to be of service, including driving my new car home for me. The original plan for purchasing a new car was to go to many dealerships and then make a choice. After meeting Phillip, I did not want to do that..he assisted me in getting the best car and the best deal.

Jon from Wallace VW sales department was excellent in finding the perfect car at the price I can afford. He walked us through the purchase and we were out the door in no time. He took care of the car I traded in and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable.

This is my 3rd Passat from Wallace VE (Stuart) and the experience was great. Ben Fleming was the sales person and everything went very smooth-no pressure. In an out in less than 4 hours, including lunch. Love the car. Would recommend Wallace to anyone. Only wish the service department was open on Saturday.
