The food is fine. Not great, not poor. The atmosphere is good when music isn't playing. They have live music, but every time we've been here while music is playing it's been way too loud.

Great atmosphere. Better than expected food. Great burgers. Fun atmosphere. A step up from the usual tiki bar grub.

A group of 5 of us visited this establishment for drinks while attending the parade. The round I bought personally was over $50.

When I walked in from the parade to use the restroom and get another drink I was told that the restroom was for customers only. I had a cup from the bar in my hand.

I also witnessed a bartender tell a patron that “there are 5 other bars in the area” when he commented on his 10 minute wait for service because they do not pay attention to who is next in line.

I don’t know why this establishment does not appreciate their customers, but I am a local that used to frequent this bar often. That ends today. I sent them a private message on Facebook so I will update this post if they adequately apologize for this mistreatment.

Really nice atmosphere by the water with a really good live singer. Love that people can bring their pets with them and sit outside. Food was good. I had the gumbo. Our server was really sweet and friendly. She was so sweet to our little 3 year old. Definitely recommend Cobbs Landing.

Good food prepared well. I come a few times a year and the menu seems to be updated seasonally, but I'm always happy with what I get. Service is fast too.

Open tables however took a while to be seated, then too long for server to show up. Then too long for our drinks to arrive. We then had to flag down our waiter to submit our orders, then we had food but no utensils. Found our own but then had no service until the check came. Ordered wings well done, they weren't. Great location, poor service.

A place was excellent the food was fantastic. The bar had phenomenal Tommy Bahama atmosphere overlooking the yacht basin. The staff was very courteous and the management was very helpful. And the one bartender there name Tara is one little hottie and worth the visit.

Great food and excellent service. Best turkey patty and fish taco ever. Very good grouper sandwich and Mahi dinner. Will definitely be back next time we fly in from Oregon.

Every time I eat at this place there is some sort of an incident. A few months ago we got up to the bathroom and they threw out all out food. Again same issue repeated got up to go to the bathroom with children it came back they threw away everything. When I say everything I mean kids toys food, drinks, everything. Manager Matt Dumont didn't even have the courtesy to come over and apologize. We couldn't have been gone more than five minutes. Check came, not even an apology. Redeeming factor is server name Lydia was wonderful. Maybe she should be manager. It seems they're in so much of a rush to turn tables they don't really care about customers.

We visited just 3 weeks ago and not for the first time mind you, our book club loves meeting here. The food is creative and always perfectly cooked and presented. The service is phenomenal! We are a group of 11 and we are always seated in their largest space, (almost a private room) where there is enough "quiet" that we are able to discuss our book with little noise interference. There is plenty of parking and the location is perfect for a nice walk after your splendid meal. Enjoy!!!
