Came home to a HOT house. So I called Jeremy Wallace, and he was able to schedule to come by and check it out within 24 hours. He discovered the issue and fixed my home’s air conditioner pretty quickly. He also called to confirm when he was on his way over, which if you've ever had experiences like I have, some repair guys can be nearly impossible to get a hold of, but Jeremy was great at keeping me in the loop. He explained what was going on with the system and was patient with answering my questions. I would strongly recommend Wallace Service CO.

First let me state that I came home from a long trip and my furnace was not working. I called Jeremy, explained my situation and he placed me on his schedule, that day, to accomodate my need. I had called a number of closer businesses, but they told me that I had to wait 2 to 3 days before they could fit me in. It was close to dusk and Jeremy immediately checked the thermostat I had just replaced and went to examine the furnace. Running a couple of checks, he hypothesized and verified that I was not getting any gas to the unit. He used a monkey wrench to tap on the regulator and voila, the furnace fired up. He replaced the regulator, charged me more than a fair price and also taught me something. To me, this is value-add. Jeremy could have told me he would see me the next day, but he understood my sense of urgency and acted accordingly. I recommend him highly for honesty and a fair price.

Save yourself the hassle before dealing with this guy. Marked up a breaker 300% and after the breaker started giving trouble simply told us that the warranty is 30 days. The breaker quit working at day 35.

Replaced the breaker via another electrical contractor for $150 versus $450 charged by Wallace and the breaker is still going strong!

    Buyer Beware of these guys!
