The front office was not knowledgeable at all when it came to replacement parts..nor did they even know how to charge us for our fireplace panel without getting help from a gentleman out of the warehouse in the back.

About 2 years ago we bought a high efficiency wood burning stove insert for our fireplace. They also installed a stainless steel lining and cap. Everything has worked flawlessly since day one. They also showed up for the installation when they said they would.
