We moved here last September and have found it to be a very well maintained and active community. Beautiful grounds, houses well maintained, neighbors are very friendly, multiple activities from Book Club, Bunko, Mens coffee, Empty Nesters club, Theater group.

Fantastic master planned community. They have tons of amenities, a lake, multiple pools, tennis courts, huge tree house, a massive library etc. They have a full time social planner on staff, planning tons of great events throughout the year. It's 45m from Atl. Very close to shopping and Buford. Great atmosphere.
